White Castle — Restaurant in Avon

My son had to gone to the ER, and after being released, he was hungry. The only place open was White Castle, and so we went. He ordered 5 sliders, one large drink and fries. I had one slider, shared the drink and fries with him. It really hit the spot. The sliders were amazing, the fries hot and salted perfectly, and the soda had the perfect balance of carbonation and syrup. We were very happy with the drive thru service, and with the cashier at the window. Good customer service, although the AI order was a bit annoying, it was good to have personal interaction at the window. Definitely would come back again, and the price was definitely affordable on our extremely limited budget. The only downside is now we're craving whitecastle, but our finances keep telling us no. Lol! We are glad we chose this location and we will be back once we have extra spending...

This a horribly ran establishment. I refuse to eat here because of the way I have witnessed them treat their employees. I seen one girl who said they hatched a plot to either fire her or make her quit, all the while the management should be focusing on keeping a cleaner better ran store. There was an older female employee named Wendy, when I came to visit my friend who worked there to drop off keys to her home, Wendy was rude to me and practically threw my tray at me when she gave me my order, then stared me down the entire time I was there. I am serve safe certified, I witnessed almost every basic rule of handling food safely broken. It’s sad when a place gets rid of their good employees, and keeps their crappy...

The food was great, but the service sucked! The young woman "Gabby" on duty last night when I visited was rude and impatient. I asked to place two separate orders, which seemed to annoy her. After she made a mistake on the order, she insisted that is was our fault, but she actually just didn't hear us through the speaker. After we FINALLY got our order, she handed the food out, & didn't really say much.. she just walked away from the window. Without even giving us our drinks. We were thinking maybe she was going to get them but she never came back. We ended up having to honk the horn to get anyone's attention. The food was great, but please work on customer service!! Keep in mind that you can get great food...
