Never would I return to little Ceasars went here to get 3 pizzas. Extra sausage and cheese paid for that got home realize order was not right took it back to the store. She said that is not what cashier put in receipt however, on the receipt it clearly said extra sausage and cheese she tries to convince me that isn't what I was reading she said she only did cheese I said that was impossible how you put extra cheese and still can see the pizza sauce she swear she did I said can you fix my order please she said I needed to pay for sausage which I already done I said how much is it she said idk then said $11.25 per topping I told her nice joke till she decided to ring it up said it was a special kind of pizza. I requested manager she turned out to be manager then try to tell me she can't do a refund or void a transaction. I said I returned the pizza with out it being touched. I said you have no choice but to refund my money. She Insisted that she doesn't know how until I said I will have police come. This Qdoba can be a gamble. I can go in one day and the food is good and the staff pleasant. Other days people are openly irritated with customers and the food is of lower quality. Sometimes the portions can be very small and not worth the $11. My last visit, a sick employee was working the food line. I left and haven't been back since. For the most part, the place is ok but again, the food and service is inconsistent from day to day. They should also let sick employees stay home or not...
