San Gabriel Trail Parking — Attraction in Azusa

It's actually called Lario Park. But there's no park. It's a parking lot with a restroom and benches. I actually love the place! I worked there servicing the homeless before the pandemic. They live on the benches and use the restroom to bathe. So, ordinary people might not feel safe leaving their vehicles there. But its right off a great bike trail and riverbed. When the river is flowing it's a serene environment. There's swimming holes nobody uses. Small waterfalls and wildlife to observe. But when it's dry it becomes a desert. With lizards and snakes. I donate this place just like Griffith Park when I finish the block the volcano at Azusa to San dimas line through to 2 freeway near by Crystal lake. This location is not for children or family to stop at.mostly used for the homeless as a campground. 1/4 Mile from here northwest is Encanto park, much for families and Cyclist be gather.or head north on this bike trail and you'll end up on Hwy 39 we're the San Gabriel river bike path ends.
