Kaman's Art Shoppes — Attraction in Bainbridge Township

I booked them for my September wedding, the lady they sent was a nightmare.. I paid a lot of money for 4 hours, she prob drew a handful of people and her drawings were sub par. she was telling my guests if they tip her she will make them look better, told them she didnt do couples pictures and then drew couples together, complained the entire time how tired she was from teaching all morning and then having to do my wedding.. I went over to get my caricature drawn and asked her if she had eaten since I paid for her to do so she said no I had the caterer make her a plate of food as she sat at the table and ate (15-30mins) she told people she was closed and to write their name on a waitlist and come back, she still left at 9 and didnt make up for her "break" she did not fulfill the waitlist my 8 year old niece went back over and she was gone (niece cried the rest of the night) the people she did draw threw their drawings away or left them behind because they looked nothing like them... I should of hired someone I knew what their work was and not through an agency.. oh and I the bride nor groom got our pictures drawn... waste...

I got my face painted in May at Kings Island, and it was great. A full face orange tiger. I went back last week to one of Kaman's Art Shoppes at Kings Island in June and the painter only painted half of my face and the quality was way lower than the first time. The painter said she didn’t have much practice with tigers, and it was a new policy not to paint the chin of those older than 12 which I wasn’t made aware of prior to purchase. We bought two custom shirts at Kings Dominion for our children. When we got home, we realized the designs and names were on the wrong size shirt. I emailed the company and told them our problem.
