Huntsman Farms Inc — Attraction in Bald Knob

I've hesitated in writing this review as I was hoping Huntsman Farms would take care of my concerns. In a nutshell, I highly recommend that you NOT purchase the Ms. Pacman arcade game. What is described on the website is NOT what you will receive. You will get a Ms. Pacman arcade game shipped directly from Walmart ($319). It does contain Ms. Pacman, Pacmania, Pacman Plus and Galaxiar. You do not get "many more" nor do you get the bonus of 50 3D games. The commemorative stool does arrive separately but it's too tall for the game.

When I inquired about the game that arrived and how it differed from what was advertised, I was told the game upgrade would be arriving separately. I did receive the game upgrade but it's simply too complicated to install and the instructions contain to many "DO NOT" and "WARNING" that I simply don't feel qualified to install this after we put the game together and now we have to take it apart to install this game upgrade. Additionally, there is a part missing from the game upgrade and doesn't look like it will fit our game.

I asked for a partial refund for the game upgrade and it looked as though the refund was going to happen when they asked if I needed a return label. I of course responded immediately but they have gone totally silent on me.

Just writing this because if you want to save money, buy the Ms. Pacman arcade game from Walmart for $319 versus the $2,160 they advertise it for. I did get 40% off but even at that, it's much cheaper to purchase at Walmart considering the stool is too tall anyway.

Huntsman Farms...I will modify my review if you care to reach out and provide the excellent customer service you...

This place is terrible. Ordered a swing set in November and paid in full. Spoke to “Bill” the owner and we agreed that it would be delivered after the winter. I also ordered the installation. Towards the end of March, I started contacting them asking when the delivery would be. I was told multiple different times/days and even got a day of April 3rd by “FedEx!” Tried contacting Bill and he would not call me. I emailed and he said they don’t send via Fed ex (no kidding). He said he didn’t know why his call center would say that. He also offered to install for free but guess what- he won’t respond to my emails now. I had to threaten to file a police report if they did not refund my money , which amazingly they did within minutes- just shows they are ignoring most communication unless you threaten with them commuting a crime of taking your money and not giving...

Horrible business!! Ordered a swing set in April and was charged immediately for it. I was told it would be delivered by July 12 and no swing set. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times and no one answers/responds! Just filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Hopefully I can get...
