We came to Subway 01/11/24. Some girl who said she had been there 3 months (don't know her name) was slow and rude. She made up online orders that were loaded and JUST came through instead of taking care of our 2 SIMPLE orders first. She was goofing off with I guess her brother and took about 20 minutes just to make 4 sandwiches. Stopped here on our way back home from a basketball tournament with my family at 8:45 pm. Online and the door had closing time posted as 10:00 pm. I tried to order the special online it wouldn't go threw so I walked into the store they said they wouldn't accept the online special. I went ahead and ordered upon check out and paid full price with cash well upon checkout the cashier took a gift card with my amt and put it in her phone. The next day I checked my bank acct and there was a purchase same day and same amount from them, been trying to get my money back and all I get is the run around and lies so no instead of 3 sandwiches I paid for 6.
