Video 1 — Attraction in Baldwin Park

Took my xbox in on the past Friday and was told that it would take probably until Tuesday. No big deal, I appreciated it.

Tuesday rolls around and nothing, called and was told it would be Wednesday. Cool, no biggie.

Went in to pay up front and they told me that it would be done 100% that day, cool got it! Silence after that. Now, Thursday morning my boyfriend went to pick it up and he told him that he told me that if he didn't call me, he'd let me know this (Thursday) morning? He did not, and I didn't appreciate the lie. Maybe he MEANT to say it, but definitely didn't.

Overall, fine experience. My Xbox had an issue with heating paste, the fan, and was dirty so the price came to $160 no tax. A bit steep, but if it works it works. If not, I'll definitely be updating my review and giving a call. Sweet guy, the woman was also nice. Nothing against them for sure, sure they were just busy. Just wanted to be transparent and I'll definitely be coming back.

quick update: xbox having issues, but thats okay, the owner has offered to fix whatever the issue is with the fan for free which i super appreciated. added one star for a total of five, because thats incredible...

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Came in with a broken switch that was extremely dirty inside. The consultation was free and the entire process costed $65 and took less than 2 hours to fix called around to other places and prices varied a bit higher and the quality is GREAT quality . Fast, efficient and, friendly I’ll 100% be recommending this store to everyone I know who needs help...
