The guy at both #1 was horrible he was very dramatic I mean all I had to do was move my hand slightly and he would give me this dumb look and fix my hand back even though I didn’t move enough to mess up the process he was just rough. The color I choose was lighter he come back with a dark brown then my my nails have bubbles and the polish is clumpy I got my feet done that was rushed one of my toes have clumpy polish at the beginning and I got my eyebrows done the girl that did it already seem lazy she didn’t want to service some moments earlier to the point she was asked did she even wanted to work there and she did my eyebrows horribly I was so over it I didn’t tip no one and I will not be coming back ever 🤦‍♀️

I have been getting manicures and pedicures done at Kumari Nails for years. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. About two years ago, one staff member suggested I may want to try a powder manicure as my polish was chipping off. I switched to a powder manicure and never went back!. My finger nails look great for 3 weeks or more. My husband uses a walker and gets a pedicure several times a year. The staff are always so helpful as he gets in and out of the pedicure chair. I have learned to make appointments as the shop can get busy and I am not good at waiting. My daughter goes here too and loves it. I highly recommend Kumari Nails

I needed a new nail place and just moved to the area so I gave this shop a try. I was the first person at around 9:40AM on a Saturday which was nice - it did however get pretty busy right after which is expected for a Saturday. I got a gel mani pedi. The pedi was great, no issues there. The mani however was not great - most of the nails are wrinkled and seem to have not been cured long enough under the lamp. One of the nails even peeled same day and the layer of gel polish underneath was wet. All in all service was decent, maybe just a little rushed.

This was by far the worst experience I have had. I went in for a gel pedicure, and acrylic/gel nails. When we went, they let us know they were busy and to come back at a different time. We came back at the requested time and they were in SUCH a rush. I paid for a pricey pedicure, and the lady took 30 mins doing my toes. It was so quick and completely unenjoyable. She was so focused on getting done that she ruined the experience. Then I went to a male tech who was did my nails. Not only are they uneven, the paint wasn't layered right (had bubbles), they told me I was the reason they were messed up and told me I should have spoken up earlier. Additionally, they told me they couldn't do what I asked AFTER they completed the job. I do NOT recommend. I have attached the picture I showed the tech and then the result. I did ask for a different color, but wanted the shape in the picture.

Update: went in to get it fixed where I was told they did nothing wrong and that it was my fault because I walked in late. In order to “fix” my nails I would need to delete my review. I told them I would not be doing that and they proceeded to take my nails off, told me I would not be getting a service, and that I could not get my money back.

They will shame and blame the client. Dung was the nail tech and the lady who was rude was the woman in the glasses who sits the closest to the check-out stand.

This is also my second post because they keep...

This used to be a good place to get nails done, but this has radically changed. We had been loyal customers for many years, but the last few times, the owner treated her staff poorly, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Last Sunday we had scheduled manicures and pedicures for 3 people. Three times I also requested waxing, but was denied this service by the owner's daughter , Brittany, who was also my manicurist. She had music playing in her ears the whole time, had a very entitled attitude, and was purposely obtuse when questioned about anything. She maintained that I never requested waxing and that there now was no time. Clearly, it was hard for her to hear anything, as her music was more important to her than the customers' needs. She rushed through the manicure, providing no cuticle work, no massage, and no overcoat. She overcharged me $95 for a gel manicure and non-gel pedicure. Within 2 days, three of my nails were chipped. I returned but they would not fix the situation, first asking me to wait 30 minutes and then requiring me to speak with the owner before doing the repair. Finally, I was refunded the cost of the manicure, but left with my nails wrapped in foil, requiring me to immediately go somewhere else for repair. The worst part was the rude and hostile behavior. I will never go...

I've had really good pedicures from the salon for years but this week I had a pedicure with one of the men now working there. I asked for a callous pedicure and what he did was let my feet soak in plain water for 5 minutes, dabbed a tiny bit of gel on the bottom of my feet, used the "grater" for 10 seconds on each foot, rubbed my legs with cuticle oil, not lotion, and did not do a very good job trimming my cuticles or applying poilsh. When I got home and had a closer look, the polish did not entirely cover two nails, and polish got on the cuticles and skin oround three other nails. I had rough untrimmed cuticles on my left foot. I went back the next morning to ask for the problem to be corrected, and he was rude, did nothing but put on new polish (badly, again) and told me I had dry feet. He didn't seem to have any interest in doing his job properly.

I will go back but I will not let that man do my nails again. One of the other men working there now does a really good job (he did my nails last time and it looked great for nearly 4 weeks), but not the man who keeps his tools in a yellow...
