This was by far the worst experience I have had. I went in for a gel pedicure, and acrylic/gel nails. When we went, they let us know they were busy and to come back at a different time. We came back at the requested time and they were in SUCH a rush. I paid for a pricey pedicure, and the lady took 30 mins doing my toes. It was so quick and completely unenjoyable. She was so focused on getting done that she ruined the experience. Then I went to a male tech who was did my nails. Not only are they uneven, the paint wasn't layered right (had bubbles), they told me I was the reason they were messed up and told me I should have spoken up earlier. Additionally, they told me they couldn't do what I asked AFTER they completed the job. I do NOT recommend. I have attached the picture I showed the tech and then the result. I did ask for a different color, but wanted the shape in the picture.
Update: went in to get it fixed where I was told they did nothing wrong and that it was my fault because I walked in late. In order to “fix” my nails I would need to delete my review. I told them I would not be doing that and they proceeded to take my nails off, told me I would not be getting a service, and that I could not get my money back.
They will shame and blame the client. Dung was the nail tech and the lady who was rude was the woman in the glasses who sits the closest to the check-out stand.
This is also my second post because they keep...
Read moreThis used to be a good place to get nails done, but this has radically changed. We had been loyal customers for many years, but the last few times, the owner treated her staff poorly, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Last Sunday we had scheduled manicures and pedicures for 3 people. Three times I also requested waxing, but was denied this service by the owner's daughter , Brittany, who was also my manicurist. She had music playing in her ears the whole time, had a very entitled attitude, and was purposely obtuse when questioned about anything. She maintained that I never requested waxing and that there now was no time. Clearly, it was hard for her to hear anything, as her music was more important to her than the customers' needs. She rushed through the manicure, providing no cuticle work, no massage, and no overcoat. She overcharged me $95 for a gel manicure and non-gel pedicure. Within 2 days, three of my nails were chipped. I returned but they would not fix the situation, first asking me to wait 30 minutes and then requiring me to speak with the owner before doing the repair. Finally, I was refunded the cost of the manicure, but left with my nails wrapped in foil, requiring me to immediately go somewhere else for repair. The worst part was the rude and hostile behavior. I will never go...
Read moreI've had really good pedicures from the salon for years but this week I had a pedicure with one of the men now working there. I asked for a callous pedicure and what he did was let my feet soak in plain water for 5 minutes, dabbed a tiny bit of gel on the bottom of my feet, used the "grater" for 10 seconds on each foot, rubbed my legs with cuticle oil, not lotion, and did not do a very good job trimming my cuticles or applying poilsh. When I got home and had a closer look, the polish did not entirely cover two nails, and polish got on the cuticles and skin oround three other nails. I had rough untrimmed cuticles on my left foot. I went back the next morning to ask for the problem to be corrected, and he was rude, did nothing but put on new polish (badly, again) and told me I had dry feet. He didn't seem to have any interest in doing his job properly.
I will go back but I will not let that man do my nails again. One of the other men working there now does a really good job (he did my nails last time and it looked great for nearly 4 weeks), but not the man who keeps his tools in a yellow...
