O STARS My recent visit to Pizza Mart was a complete disaster. The pizza was cold, and the wings were ridiculously small. The mozzarella sticks were cold and lacked any cheese pull, which was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, the cheesecake wasn't even chocolate chip, and the portion was laughably small.
When I brought my concerns to the manager's attention, I was met with rudeness and a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Things took a turn for the worse when the manager called me back, asking what I wanted in terms of compensation. When I suggested half off, citing the $50 I spent ($25 off), he claimed it was too much. Instead, he offered a $5 discount on my next visit, which I declined. Given the subpar experience and the fact that I'd already spent $50, a $5 discount felt like an insult. He also suggested that he would need to speak with his chef and driver to verify what I was saying.
The lack of effort to resolve the issue and the manager's dismissive attitude sealed the deal for me. I'll never eat at Pizza mart again, and I'd advise others to steer clear until they seriously revamp their kitchen and...
Read moreI used to order my favorite, âThe New Yorkerâ đ from here years ago and each and every time, it was delicious! Just recently, I decided to order the same thing after years of not eating from this place and it was absolutely disgusting! The crust tasted like it was gluten free, the sauce didnât taste like pizza sauce, the pepperonis tasted like some weird canned meat, and the cheese tasted like plastic with oregano sprinkled on it! All cheap and awful tasting ingredients!! Now, I know businesses may change over time, but Iâm not sure if the owners changed or what, but I must say, by far, that was the worst pizza I have ever tasted, EVER! Even a frozen store bought pizza beats their pizza! It was so bad that I had to throw the whole almost $30 medium pizza in the trash, then I had the audacity to give the driver a tip! When I called them to tell them I did not like the pizza, they offered a $2 discount for my next order and told me that thatâs how they make their pizzas. Needless to say, there wonât be...
Read moreI've ordered from here a few times since I moved to the area. It's not bad at all. The Pizza is the best, Nice personal size or can be shared. The crust is the best, sort of Sicilian style. The cheesesteak isn't bad, it's not like home(Philly) but I'm sure it's hard trying to make it like home and thats why I wasn't looking. They do seem to be a bit lazy with the food and with the delivery. They call when they are more than a block away which is odd and I'm sure they expect me to come tot the car but I'm not. Attitude from one of the drivers is over the top and a bit rude but it's kool cause they have other people there who are nicer. The menu is huge and a bit confusing when it comes to...
