Nail Spa — Attraction in Baltimore

Horrible experience! From the moment, I walked in I greeted the only nail tech who I heard other customers refer to as “ma” and she straight up ignored me but spoke to every other customer that walked in . No problem it’s the day before the holiday and it’s busy . I then waited a hour to get my pedicure . Again no problem it’s busy . As I was seated to get my pedicure , the nail tech handed me the books to pick my color and as soon as she did so , the nail tech named “Ma” literally takes the books out of my hand and advises she needs it for her “customer” as if I’m not one as well. I let her know she was very rude and she shrugged me off and proceeded to throw the books in the seat next to me. I am so tired of other races who have businesses in African American neighborhoods and treating us like we don’t matter. I will never come back here as I can find somewhere else that values me...

Will never go here again, so I go in on Saturday Feb.17th,2018.All the employees are caring for their clients,I tells the black female employee I'd like to get my brows done, she says it will be a few minutes, I decide to wait, after 20 minutes ,I ask her how long will it be to get my brows done, she says as if shes irritated with me" I gotta finish this lady first( hers nails) and then you have someone before you waiting to get their brows done. I waited there a whole hour!!!!!! And there were only 4 ppl in front of me, of which only 3 were seen. They had horrible customer service when techs were finished with one persons nails they would just leave instead of taking the next cuzstomer.
