Would love to see you come share the evening with us for a special, 7 Oaks on tour collaboration with the @beaumontheritagesociety The John Jay French Museum porch will set us back in time as we enjoy Courville's gumbo, songs of Christmas, Bluegrass classics and even some original tunes by the local band and 7 Oaks owner, Courtney Hale Revia and Rustic Bird. Bring a lawn chair and your love of history and spend the first part of your evening with us December 10, 2022. This is a sample of what you will hear that evening. “Beaumont Rag” “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!” Courvilles gumbo, beverages (giglio)and live music. 5:30-7:30 so the night is still young and you can venture to your next engagement. 🙂 Ticket link www.7oakseventgarden.com Thanks. 🎼💙 #chrmusic Rustic Bird to consist of : Mark Nesmith( guitar) Southpaw Smitty (mandolin) Zach Edd (bass) Courtney Hale Revia (guitar and vocals) $50 tickets. Friday was a cold and blustery day in Beaumont, TX. We decided to go to the John Jay French Museum. It is one of the oldest surviving houses on the Gulf Coast, and it is filled with original family belongings. We had a wonderful docent, Melanie, who told us many interesting stories...

This would have been a very interesting place to stop but they were doing renovations. Instead of telling us to come another day they didn't mention it so we drove 30 minutes to only be able to see 3/4 of the house. It was free so that was good. The lady doing the tour was also very...
