KFC — Restaurant in Beaumont

Wife wanted KFC, and it’s been quite a while since the last time. So checked the app for specials and drove to the one near Home Depot.

I was the only one in the drive thru, so (mistakenly) thought this would be a breeze. Was placing my order, and she called it back to me incorrectly. Told her the order again. She called it back wrong (again). We played this game 3x.

Got to the window (and shock), she asked if my order was __. Damn! I was the only person there! How in the world could she feck it up this badly???????? Told her AGAIN, paid, then she told me to wait in front.

Waited FIFTEEN (15) minutes! When she brought it to me guess what? IT WAS WRONG! So had to wait until she came back with the (supposedly) correct order.

By then there was a new customer parked behind me blocking the drive thru. When she returned, I was not my usual jovial self. So got out of there.

Made it to the light and decided to take a look. Guess what? IT WAS STILL FECKING WRONG!!! Immediately went back, this time took this supposedly redone order inside.

She looked right at me, I told her it was still wrong. She literally acted like she didn’t know who I was, and walked away. There was 1 guy eating by himself and me in the entire place. It’s not like they were swamped or anything.

The manager lady showed up, I explained the situation and gave her suggestions how it could have been better. She handed me a (finally) corrected order, which by the time I got home was cold.

Don’t think there’s enough money to get me to ever...

Drive through empty when I got there. I ordered wing combo and famous bowl. After I paid, he said they have to cook chicken for the bowl, it takes 5 mins, and asked that I drive to front and he'll bring it out to me. After waiting 10 mins, I park and go in. Same employee is about to walk away, I think on break, telling me that coworkers thought it was fillets, & they still have to cook chicken for the bowl. Only people eating inside were 2 children, and one man waiting on food. Still empty drive thru & dining. I waited 5 more mins, all she brought me was bowl. I said I also ordered wing combo, she said fries have not been cooked, can I wait 3 mins? I said I don't want to wait any longer. She subbed for Mac n cheese. She brought that to me without wings. I, again, said I ordered wing combo. She said oh I put wings in this bag and forgot to give it to you. Mac n cheese was only half full. I got there at 4:37 and...

Not recommended at all! I went over there when they were first open and ordered A chicken sandwich combo.. And I got my chicken sandwich combo but Inside of the bun was frozen! But it was Edible so I just roll with it.. Then today I ordered a family Bucket meal thinking that it will be different then the sandwich.. But It disappointing me once again when I got it And tasted it.. I have to say I really don’t have A High quality Standard preference for my food, Usually as long as the flavor is good and is cooked and edible I will Eat it… but this bucket of chicken they sent me and fries for the sides tasted like someone dumped a gallon of salt on it and microwaved everything for me! It was so ridiculously salty I can’t even feed...
