ECP Computers is the gold standard when it comes to customer service. They are knowledgable, fast, and most importantly incredibly friendly. I had some PC issues so I called around to other shops and no one would even look at my PC for less than $150 to run diagnostics. Then I called EPC and they ran diagnostics for free! They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my PC for 1/3 the price I would have had to spend elsewhere and had a fast turnover too. I was already sold on them but 2 weeks after I got my PC back my power supply went out, so I called EPC and they helped me over the phone to try and troubleshoot the issues but I had to take it back in. Initially thinking I was going to have to buy a proprietary part which I was not looking forward to. Once I got to the shop they went above and beyond and researched different power supplies and found one that would work. They swapped the power supplies out for me right then and there and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I can not recommend them enough! Read moreI recently brought in a computer to ECP due to broken hinges and a RAM upgrade, and there are a couple of things I want to talk about. For starters, they were very patient with me and answered all the questions I had regarding the repair. They spoke well with us and didn’t leave us in the dark during the actual repair. When it came to the actual repair, it was done well and during the time I had the laptop back, it worked perfectly. However, the repair went sideways and caused the built-in RAM to read incorrectly, and what caused me to rate this business five stars is because they helped me out with a new laptop to make it right. Lo and behold, the RAM reads properly and I left as a happy client. Lastly, their prices were fair. My repair totaled around 220 with tax, and I’m fine with it since it was a fair price for the job in my opinion. Read moreVery disappointed in this store. Took my laptop/ tablet in to have a broken digitizer replaced. They called and said they got the part and are getting the roght one. I was then out of state for medical treatment. My son picked it ip amd shopped it to me in the original box and packing. UPS PIT IT IN A LARGER BOx WITH additional packing. No damage to anything. When I started it up the toichscreen eas not working. I returned home in Sept. and took it in with the undamaged box. I was told it was working when it left. (I know the computer eas, nist not the toich). He rold me at one point that I could just use the mouse. I paid 1200 dollars for a toich screen. If I wanted a regular laptop I xould have saved 600.00.He said it must jave been damaged somehow when shipped. NONSENSE! Talking to a friend who knows a computer tech who does good work and she can ask him to look at it. Told her I think the digitizer is the wrong one.
