Having to go to pawn shops is never a good feeling,but we all have to at times. MS. Connie is always been very kind an prompt an always helped me. Also she makes me feel comfortable about knowing my belongings will be fine. I have been dealing with ex pawn for years an she has always been kind a helpful really got to know her seeing aher so much at times after being hit by a car an she always had a way of making me see the bright side of things an said we would get back on our feet an we did. Now with covid we are struggling a little so she gets to see us again thanks Ms Connie for all your kind words...

I called and Eboni picked up I heard a smile in her voice upon her greeting me on the phone I asked if I could make payments on two of my items which she told me one had dropped but was able to get it back for me I appreciated her diligence and offering extra help to inform me o the online site then not only was she patient when I paid she continued that smile throughout the whole call I continue to go to the ezpawn since everyone is quite helpful and knowledgeable about the customer...

I have nothing but good things to say about EzPawn I was pawning my computer it was 2 young ladies who helped me one of they're names was Temia and I cant remember the other young ladies name. They both were nice and courteous towards me the whole staff is friendly and I was out of there within 30 minutes. I truly recommend this place to any and everyone .
