1. There was a "masks required" sign on the door, went back to my car to get a mask and the person working wasn't wearing one. I asked about the sign on the door and she said it's because masks are required. I pointed out that she wasn't wearing one, and she said "What, are you tired of waring a mask or something?" Then said "well, you dint have to wear it if you dint want to." 2. I made a special request for a first floor room b/c I was with my mom, who has a difficult time with stairs. I received an email confirmation that the room was available. When I got there, I was given a 2nd floor room. I was told that I had not made a special request, and when I tried to show her the email, she said "I don't need to see it" and abruptly started talking to someone else. I asked for the manager's #, and she gave me his business card. When I sent an email the next day, I received a reply from that person apologizing for everything but also saying he wasn't the manager anymore and he forwarded my email to the manager. 3. There were cockroaches in the room. Needless to say, I didn't partake on the free breakfast...if there are cocroaches in the rooms, I can only imagine where else they are. 4. I checked out before the lobby doors were unlocked, so I went to the window and rang the bell. A lady was sitting on a couch at the far end of the lobby, looking at her phone. She looked up at me, then went right back to her phone. A few moments passed, she looked up again, then slowly walked toward me, on her phone the whole time. I passed her my key and asked for a receipt. She said they only email receipts. I've never been to a hotel where I didn't get a receipt. That was a Wed. at 6:15 a.m. I didn't get a receipt until Fri. at noon. 5. Besides the first email I sent to the person who was supposedly the manager, I sent an email to the address on the receipt (the general manager) and never heard anything back. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone and it eventually just hung up on me...no voice-mail, nothing. Horrible customer service, rooms with cockroaches, and an absent manager...is there even a manager??? I would have given it zero stars if I could have. I'll be getting in touch with the corporate office. This place sure doesn't do their brand any favors!

Travelers beware. After looking on Travelocity to pick a hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle. Calling the hotel to verify free shuttle. We arrived late to hotel. Waited in line to check in for 30 minutes. The hotel is old and dated. Badly in need of maintenance. Picture of pool has been photo-shopped. See actual photo. The rooms are noisy. Beds squeak and creak all night long. You can hear all the bathrooms around you. Lots of noise from people walking around outside. After eating the hotels free breakfast I was sick all day. I paid $20 for free airport shuttle to accompany my kids to the airport. I waited for 2 hours to talk to the manager. He was rude. Talked over me the whole 15 minute conversation. I wanted to talk about my $20 free ride to the airport. He wanted to talk about people stealing from the free breakfast buffet.I asked the manager to write down his name. The first time he wrote down the owners name. The second time i asked he said he wrote the owners name. The third time I asked him to write down his name he wrote down Chad. I called the corporate office, talked to Allie. While I waited on hold for 28 minutes for her to call the hotel. I observed the cleaning staff cleaning with rags tied on brooms to clean the floors. This would explain coming out of the shower. walking across the floor coming back with dirty feet. I checked into 2 double rooms for $75 each. My credit card has been charged $92.25 and $86.63. I also paid $20 for the free shuttle. Travelers beware. There are much better choices to stay at. This will only make your head hurt.

For a traveler on a budget, this place is just fine. Rooms are fairly clean, well equipped for a short stay and the front desk clerk was courteous. The A/C had a small hum but nothing we couldn't sleep through. I'll attach a quick video to show the room we were in. We were place towards the back which was appreciated because the front is pretty close to the highway.
