Update August 2023. Service is still highly irregular. There is a good crew here, usually during lunch on weekdays that is fast and efficient. God help you on a weekend. If they tell you to park and order inside, prepare to wait at least 30 minutes because that means there is at most 2 people working, sometimes one and they don't want to hurt their drive through metrics.
Update June 2023. What is going on with this place? I've never seen anything like it. You drive up and the drive through tells you you have to go inside and order on the kiosk. If people wanted to get out of their car in the rain, they would have come inside in the first place. I don't get how this restaurant provides such terrible quality with regularity. Youve got the regularity down folks maybe fix your quality a bit eh?
Previous review was 2 stars, updated 10/28/21. I'm done with this place. Every time I come here it is something. Tonight, they were inexplicably closed at 8:00. The other day, it was closed during lunch. Drive through is almost always broken. Meals are incorrectly prepared. I don't know what is going on here but this place is a dumpster fire. I had waited a month after my last experience to give them a chance to course correct. I'm done, it's going to be a solid 6 months before I try again. Save your time and go anywhere else. They don't deserve your business.
Old review: This was a good store until the past month. Within the past month the drive through has been closed seemingly constantly. Do they take any steps to mark that the drive through is closed? Read moreI went through the drive thru around 10pm and I ordered 4 things and I was given 2 items and told everything was in there. I then looked inside the bag and 2 more items were missing and one of the items I had was made wrong. I told the gentleman and he told the kitchen to remake it and that he needed those 2 items. I then got the items and when I got home the food was a disaster. The nacho fríes were cold and hard as a rock. The doritos loco taco was broken every where I couldn't even hold it. The burrito tasted old and cold too and then to top it off the cinnamon delights didn't have any sugar on the outside. They weren't sugar coated. Lol. This is why I'm not going to sugar coat my review 😒. Taco Bell and mostly all fast food places need to hire people who really want to work because it's the same thing every fast food place I go to. Better yet the employee needs to rethink his career choices because clearly customer service at a fast food place is not for him. Went through drive thru after sitting there for a few minutes and not being greeted we drove to the window. Employee open the window and asked if we are trying to order we said yes. He then said "can you do me a solid and go around again" we asked if he could just place our order since we had waited and now there are other cars behind us he said no.
