
I had a horrible experience with this company, I was told the process to get my Cuban passport renewed wouldn't take more than 60 days, however it took more than 90 days, even though they were limited in what they could do about the process, they were not helpful, everything I received from the staff was a lot of push back, they told me it was impossible to get an update since nobody was able to communicate with the Cuban consulate, I was able to contact the Cuban consulate in Washington DC myself and that way I was able to get updates. I waited for YOCUBA's call until I got tired and decided to call, my passport was ready, but I never received no phone call, or a whatsapp message letting me know, my passport was sitting there...

I recently used them and I was shocked at how they would hang up on you and simply give you updates on your passport.
