Starbucks — Restaurant in Belle Isle

I love Starbucks and so as my husband. But we had no positive experiences with this location. And we are extremely unhappy at all with their service. The staff are friendly but my point that every time we stop at this location our order get so messed up. We always order the same thing every day. Tall hot chocolate, Banana Bread warm up, Classic Oatmeal and Vanilla Latte. Several times we left the drive-thru and realized that there was no spoon in the bag to eat the oatmeal with. What? You can't eat your oatmeal with your fingers. And seriously, we have to turn around into Conway traffic. One occasion, the Banana bread was cold and not warmed up. Another time, hot chocolate no whip cream. I can go on and on. And honestly, I'm the type of person that I don't complain and realize people make mistakes. I don't spend time on the rating & review. But I want whoever cares to know so they can make some changes. When calling no answer. Really bad service and I take it that they don't care. We changed our route back to our usual location before we moved to Conway we are the regular customers at the Starbucks on Orange Ave & Crystal. The staff are happy to see us and they do very good service, very amazing group of people that works at this location...

I will keep coming back JUST because of the friendliness of the employees I’ve encountered in the drive thru. I’ve been through four separate times and four different staff members were working the drive thru window yet every single time, they were lovely and friendly. Whether they’d make brief conversation or literally just kindly go through the usual (say hi, pay, give food, give drink, say goodbye), they’ve just had such a nice energy about them that I noticed I’d leave with a slight smile on my face or simply feeling a bit better than before I passed through.

It probably sounds silly 😆 but hey, in this world we are living in, every bit of kindness or simply positive encounters should be highlighted!

I wish I got everyone’s names. Today was Kimmy, but another time it was a young woman who’s sister goes to UF or lives in Gainesville (Go Gators) and the other two times were gentlemen.

I rarely write reviews but this is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I order something at this location there’s a problem, whether it’s through the app or in person. I have been a gold member for Starbucks for almost 6 years since I moved here and I always try to give them a chance since they are the closest location to my job but every time I go there they either mess up an order or have an attitude about giving refills. I honestly love Starbucks and it’s my number one place to get my studying done as a premed student but I just have so many inconveniences here and it’s not all of the staff but it’s just sad that there’s two members that have to constantly bring the rest of the team down. I have no problem with issues occurring when it gets busy in customer service but it’s the manner of how these problems are handled. I hope the management can go over with their staff on how to treat customers and speak to them in a manner that is both empathetic and professional...
