I had a HORRIFIC experience! I had ordered graduation cake pops for my nephews birthday this past weekend. Upon ordering a month in advance, the owner had taken a picture from a photo on my phone of l what I wanted. The day before pickup I called to confirm that I will be there the following day and she asked if I wanted the cake pops in white. White?? I told her it should be maroon and she asked that I send her a picture of the color. Mind you I gave it to her when I placed order. That was the first red flag! When I arrived for pickup, it was not what I had ordered at all. I was so disappointed. I told her it looks nothing like the pic I gave her and she said she didn’t have the picture and to give her an hour to fix it. I was pressed for time as the party was a few hours away and I had other things to do. Another red flag! I left and she called me a half hour later to say it was done. When I came back the cake pops did look the way I wanted. She handed me 2 cardboard boxes. When I grabbed the boxes by the handles the bottom of the box was not secured properly and the cake pops fell on floor!! Ughhh! How worse could this get! I had to run to my car to put my AC on as I had cupcakes in the car that I didn’t want to melt. When I came back in store everything was back in the box. I asked her if those were the ones that dropped on the floor and she said no. I don’t believe for one second that she that many cake pops with the decor I needed lying around. I had a balance left to pay and asked if she could give me a break on price due to the mess up and how I was inconvenienced. Her reply was REALLY? Can you believe that she still wanted the total amount after everything? I told her yes I want a discount. She then told me to leave so I didn’t pay anything. She never even once apologized for her screw up! I then told. her she is very unprofessional and I would not recommend her business. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!! We ordered two sheet cakes in BLUE to feed 100 people one cake dulce de leche and another one strawberry with bananas in addition we ordered a small two tier cake in BABY BLUE with dulce de leche filling. She made the TWO sheet cakes dulce de leche and in WHITE and the tier cake with only strawberry NO BANANAS IN SIGHT and in an AQUAMARINE BLUE COMPLETELY WRONG ORDERS and instead of taking accountability for her screw up she blamed my mother who placed the order for giving her the wrong information I was on the phone when my mom ordered and she ordered it exactly how we wanted it. Not to mention she also messed up the color of another cake we ordered in December that we also requested to be blue and she made white as well. I’m seeing a trend here with other people with similar experiences. She won’t stay open long. STAY CLEAR...

My Daughter first birthday was on december, I order 2 dozen of cookies and strawberries with chocolate and the cookies came out horrible, they weren’t made correctly, when my husband went to pick them up on the same day of the birthday, they were still making the cookies when he got there, and some of them where unfinished, they charged us almost 200 for something that wasn’t correctly made. I ended up buying something else for the birthday because the cookies didn’t look nice at all, the princess on the cookies and the animals where all horrible drawn, and they couldn’t finished all of the drawing so they gave us some cookies empty without the drawing or some of them had like a picture glued of the drawing that they tried to make on the cookies all crooked as well. Definitely not what we expected we wasted our money. Never. Buying again...
