I have been going to Masagana since childhood. Belleville was always a second home to me. Even though my family moved to North Carolina in 2007, the management and staff at Masagana always remembers my family whenever we come back to visit. On the left side when you enter is the restaurant half of Masagana. They have a usual "turo-turo" (point-point) setup of food to select from. Along with rice, you select 2 dishes to go along with your combo. In the morning hours, they have traditional Filipino dishes like longanisa. Ventured out to this little spot on suggestion of an American patient. What a gem. This place is fantastic.
