WRONGFULLY ACCUSED & HUMILIATED, So my wife works part time for this company name shipped and she does deliveries for target and other random store. I don’t like it one bit but after tonight, I dang right hate it. We went out to dinner and we we’re on our way home and she got a notification for a order from shipped and she asked me and I can’t say no so of course we went to target to complete the Order. Everything went fine. We got to the front register rather quickly and we were directed to the customer service where we went up there got rang up and they signed us ou! and I had to use the restroom so I went to use the restroom came back out. My wife was at the doors and we went to the doors and Got stopped by security, confused and not really knowing what was going on we asked what was going on and they asked us to go back inside to talk I said about what? And they said about the Stollen merchandise that you have! We knew there must have been some type of mistake. so we went inside COMPLETELY embarrass as everyone was looking at us, they made us sit dawn down. And told us to explain why we had stollen merchandise in our bags. We explained about the shipping order we had. and asked what it was that we did wrong. They made us show our phone to prove the order. And again because I’ve never really don’t this before I asked again WHAT DID WE DO WRONG. so that I could correct it in the future. After a few seconds there whole demeanor changed. It was then that I told them to contact the girl at customer service.the one that rang us up and she could tell them. And instantly they said you guys can go! they made a mistake! and at the time I was so embarrassed that just being told I could finally go. I WANTED TO GET FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AND EVERYONE THAT SEEN WHAT HAPPENED. it wasn’t until on the way to make the delivery. To the people that placed the order that my embarrassment started to turn into anger from them totally humiliating my wife and I. I strongly would advise you to not shop at this TARGET anymore I mean if you have to use one at all I would try to completely avoid them all. But this one for sure. Who knows the next time. It could be you. AND PLEASE JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. ITS SOMETHING THAT YOU COULD GO A WHOLE LIFE TIME AND HOPEFULLY IT NECER HAPPENS BECAUSE YOULL NEVER FORGET THAT FEELING. OF BELITTLEMENT I will be seeking Council tomorrow to hopefully make sure that they aren’t aloud to do this to anyone...

Will never shop here again. I understand that theft is out of hand but accusing every shopper who wants to read the back of the box on my hair clipper I'm going to steal it. When I say I understand you need to stay here but I would like to read the box first I am told again that I cannot touch it. I was finally handed the box with an eye roll and look of fear as I might run off. She Even apologized to the other customers wanting something else out of the case. I did nothing wrong. So I handed it back I said that is fine I will read the back of box at checkout. When I went to customer service to ask for the item and explained I would simply like to read the box to see what attachments were Included . I was rudley told yes I can look but I cannot leave the area and then I was watched reading the box. When I realized they thought I was going to run off with it I decided I will never shop here again. The trimmers were only $40 by the way. I have worked retail for over 28 years and I have worked loss prevention for 6 of those years. They were rude from the beginning and if your policy that I cannot touch a box then when I ask you to turn it over so I can read it and you turn around and apologize to another customer for me then you have crossed a line. Not everyone is a theif. I use to shop here at least twice a week I will...

I'm an instacart shopper. I was in Target today and there was an online shopper near aisle A56 along the wall. Caucasian young lady long dark hair she was blocking the aisle helping another customer. I said excuse me to get through. This associate was rude and told me to wait for a minute instead of easily moving her cart to the side like normal person. It gets better I go to the toy section aisle L31 where the Tonka trucks are. There where 2 associates in the aisle literally hiding and playing around acting like they where pulling items to the face of shelf. I asked if she could look up a specific truck because the price on my app didn't match price on shelf. Associate acted like it was gonna kill her to look up item. Associate had a hand held device for this issue. She was also coughing excessively with no mask. Putting everyone around her in contact with whatever illness she has. I would never shop at this Target in Bellingham with these rude young adults who don't appreciate there job. Customers don't need this. STAY OUT! This was today 9/20 @ 2 P.M. I know these associates got some kind of customer service training I'd hope Target isn't just hiring anyone they can find off the street....

I'm normally a big fan of Target, but in the dozen or so times I've come here in the year since I've moved to Bellingham, I've given up and left without buying anything all but ONE time. The shelves are always half-bare, it's practically post-apocalyptic. I kept thinking it was a fluke, but no--I don't know what the deal with this location is, but I give up trying. This was officially my last visit, it is a huge waste of time coming here. The food section will usually be stocked and has good prices, so if for some reason you really wanna buy groceries here instead of a grocery store, go for it. Otherwise, go to Fred Meyers a few blocks away.

Honestly the worst Target location I've ever been to. I thought maybe it was just a bad day or a difficult season, but there are constantly large amounts of unpacked products left in the middle of the aisles, making it impossible to fit a cart though. And they only have carts, no hand-baskets, so unless you carry everything in your arms you can't get through. The shelves are often empty or disorganized, and I've had employees physically bump into me while shopping and act like I was in their way. If anyone who works there actually cares about the store or its customers, it's really hard to tell.

Clean and light floor. Shopping environment is comfortable with music provided. Price is good especially for those on-sale items. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Public restrooms available. Fitting rooms available. Nursing room available (waiting area with tables and chairs provided). Free parking lot available. Many shopping options are nearby. HWY I-5 nearby.
