Dragora Technologies — Attraction in Bellmawr

Great little business! They're located in Bellmawr and service is by appointment only which was something I didn't know, but it's really easy to schedule service with them if you need computer repair. They're right off of 42 where 42 and 295 meet, which was really convenient for me because I work in Philly. I was able to drop the computer off on the way to Philly and to my surprise they had it ready the same day so I was able to pick it up on the way home...VERY CONVENIENT! I was getting hard drive errors and then my laptop wouldn't boot so I figured it was the hard drive. I called the big box store and they said 5-7 days to get the computer back. The price was quite a bit less than the big box store as well. They were able to confirm it was the hard drive, install the hard drive, migrate data from the old hard drive and then install Windows and do it days before the other guys would have even looked at it most likely....

Took my laptop to Mark but it was too far gone. He returned it to me 5 minutes later. There was no work done, so no rating.

After further consideration, I realize I should NOT have given a 1-star review. In all fairness, Mark returned my laptop to me with the explanation that he could not promise it could be fixed, or that he would be able to transfer everything onto a new computer because he felt the hard drive may be ruined. Up to now my dealings with this guy have been ok. But after my last repair going bad after just 8 weeks and Mark acting like, "so what do you expect from me?". I will never do business with with person again!..He is not a business person at all. Will not return phone calls and expects me to buy my own parts. I am planning on taking him to court for his last repair on principal alone. He has no clue what he should say or do. Not a business person at all, better off as just a worker.
