It would have been 5 stars but not today,I love this place & never had a problem until today I just went there (I go almost every weekend) we get cotton candy & watermelon 🍉 & other flavors but those are our favs... I also LOVE LOVE the birthday cake cake batter milkshake that is 5.99 for a regular size and it’s always soooo good! The girls working today obviously didn’t know what they were doing my bday cake batter shake was horrible It was the most watery shake & didn’t have no cake pieces in it like it normally does I’m very disappointed and upset by this .... I always tell everyone about the whole scoop cause it’s my fav go to place for all the great treats they have to offer .. but today was not good 8.11.19 and I paid for a watery shake that wasn’t even made right.. Let me start that we always came to this place and never had a problem. But tonight was the first. I ordered a pretzel cone with chocolate vanilla swirl. I finished the ice cream on top and when I reached the cone it was horrible. It tasted like old moldy detergent. I decided to let them know. When I came up to the window the girl cleaning was willing to listen but then I guess the older lady couldn't believe me in the window to the point of telling she sold 50 of them and no one said anything. She then she grabs a cone and makes all her girls try it and including me to prove me wrong. Hell I'm all about checking product but yoy shouldn't put a customer in that position. Good options for those with for food allergies! Lots of flavor choices in general. Wheelchair accessible ramp. Toys and activities for children to do while you enjoy!

I enjoyed my time with my nephews here the other day. My sister with a food allergy was able to choose from multiple options that were safe for her too. The kids loved the extra large Connect 4 and and other toys.

Our one complaint is that it is VERY difficult to understand thr menu. There are so many pieces of paper with menus and lists of options its overwhelming and hard to figure out where it even begins. A clearer/simpler menu setup would go a long way to clarity. But the ice cream was good and we had...
