Fleur De Lees Event Space - Event Space Decatur GA — Attraction in Belvedere Park

I'm not sure how this place handles business, but today was not at the least a good day when I went to tour the facility. I made an appointment for 5pm and even called to make sure that someone would be there ( I was told there would be). Got there and waited a few for someone to pull up and open the gate. Went in and was speaking with the assistant. She did inform me that she could go over the facility with me but the pricing and everything else would be done by, I'm guessing the owner. The owner was there dealing with something else (which is fine since I was in no rush). But when it comes time to speak with set owner she was no where to be found. Apparently she was outside waiting for the next customer to come tour the facility and yet I had not spoken with her about prices or anything. I guess she was too busy texting the assistant telling her not to go over any prices or anything and then proceeds to tell her that she talks too much. I only know this due to the assistant showing me a few of her decorations that she has done before. I really was impressed with the facility in person and from online. But the customer service sucks really bad and they didn't bother to take into consideration how far someone traveled just to see their beautiful facility. I didn't get a hello, good afternoon, good evening nothing, only ugly stares. April 5, 2025 All praises to the creator. My mother had her 85th birthday celebration at fleux De Lee's event. Mrs Danny who one of the event managers, I believe, was so professional. I give her a 10+ on her communication skills with me. I decided to Let their event people's decorate for my mother party ( I am a decorative planner for over 25 years myself and was going to do the decoration ) I was not disappointed. Is was beyond my expectation. BEAUTIFUL!! the balloons the 85 light up number the tables. Just beautiful. I was so happy I decided to have my mother 85 celebration there. The guest loved everything. We had a Surprise Birthday party for my Dad and the event hall was decorated Beautifully. They got the colors right, ample space for guest,tables, gifts, spacious kitchen,with multiple bathrooms. Plus outdoor area. They help with severs, photographer, and the manager was there to help with all hiccups I had. My guest loved the hall and the professional staff. I will definitely rent again.
