Stone Mountain Grillz, Atlanta — Local services in Belvedere Park

On today Saturday August 17 at 12pm we came in and made 2 grill orders one for 4 bottoms and 4 fangs . We were told our pickup time would be 7:30 the same day . We didn’t get serviced til 8:10pm. 3 of the 4 fangs were completed. When they came over for the fitting they only had 3 fangs. When we told the man we had 4 fangs he grabbed another fang tooth FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMERS MOLD STEAMED IT AND HANDED IT TO US TO TRY. Absolutely NOT. Then other customer he took the dang tooth from was confused because SOMEONE ELSE HAD IT IN THEIR MOUTH !!!! I have requested a full refund but I have to wait 3-5 business days ??? Absolutely not and when I told them it was unsanitary they said “it was steamed I don’t care ”, they may not care , but guess who does …GEORGIA DHECH !!!! THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED AND I WILL CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THE HORRIBLE AND UNSANITARY SERVICE THEY GIVE when asked for a business card they refused and proceeded to shutdown like they didn’t have other customers there . Quick visit, was in and out in about 15 minutes; took about a week to complete my VERY AFFORDABLE desired design; they give option to pick up in person or 2 day fedex shipping (I chose 2 day shipping bc they’re far from where I live). The business owner is the NICEST and actually answers the phone when I called!!

When my grill was ready, they texted me a photo of my FedEx package with tracking number and it was actually delivered the next day (1 day earlier than expected).
