4 Stars - Great Service, Just Needs Better Online Info I know I gave 4 stars, but I highly recommend this place! The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Isabella assisted us and did a fantastic job—she even helped sort out some issues we had with shipping and handling, which we really appreciated. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the lack of accessible online information. We couldn’t find details about pricing, materials, or what to expect ahead of time. They only have an Instagram—which is cool, but they really need a proper website that’s organized with clear pricing, photos, videos, FAQs, and a step-by-step explanation of the process. That would’ve made a huge difference in helping us prepare mentally and financially, and would’ve saved time in-store. Also, clearer communication about store hours and "last call" would’ve been helpful. We arrived a bit late, so our grillz weren’t going to be ready until Wednesday, and we had to pay extra for shipping. Knowing that in advance, along with shipping fees, would’ve helped us plan better.

Be sure to bring a picture and have a clear idea of what you want before you go. The fast-paced environment combined with any uncertainty can feel overwhelming and might delay the process—possibly pushing your pickup date back (and requiring shipping if from out of town) . I had a horrible experience with Leo Jewelers Grillz. First, they completely messed up the design of my grillz. I gave them clear instructions, and what I got was not even close.

But it gets worse — I later found out the 8 karat gold they gave me was FAKE. I noticed they use the same tongs on everyone, which is already unsanitary. When I got home, I soaked my grillz in peroxide along with another set I got from a different vendor. The ones from Leo's turned COPPER — a clear sign they’re not real gold.

When I called to report it, they acted clueless and tried to convince me that "it's supposed to do that." Really? I drove 30 minutes back to show them in person, and they still refused to help or offer any kind of discount.

This place is a scam. They’re selling fake gold, doing shady work, and don’t stand behind their product. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THEM. Total waste of...

I came from out of state to get a grill from Leo Jewelers, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences.

I paid over $220 and had my teeth molded on-site, expecting a proper custom fit. When I finally received the grill, it didn’t fit at all — completely unusable. I followed their process, trusted their work, and still got a faulty product.

What’s worse is that they have a “No Refunds or Exchanges” policy, even when it’s clearly their mistake. I traveled all the way from out of state thinking I was dealing with professionals, but I’m now having to dispute the charge through my bank just to try to get my money back.

If you’re thinking about doing business here, especially if you’re not local — be warned. There’s no accountability if something goes wrong, and you’ll be stuck with a product you can’t even use.
