PLEASE DON’T SHOP WITH THESE FOLKS. They will take your money and send you damaged furniture, then give you attitude and disrespect when you try to get it exchanged. They will also charge you to restock if you want to return damaged pieces. Wish I could leave negative stars. Worse customer service ever. Purchased a sectional, paid in full up front to be delivered next day. Both base pieces punctured and leather ripped out the box, called to get an exchange, was told the manager was off and the warehouse staff was “waiting for him to text back” after 2hrs, I call back and get an attitude from warehouse staff as she raised her voice telling me to basically shut up and wait. Another hour passes and end of day is approaching so I called again. Manager has finally text back to say they’ll exchange the pieces next day. Then we have the slaw delivery driver who tried to over price me for assembly when the assemble rate was clearly listed on my receipt, gets an attitude as well when I tell him it clearly states how much on my receipt. He replies, “he don’t need nobody money out here” and tells me to call the store if I have a problem. I call the warehouse, they tell me the rate on my receipt is correct, delivery driver leaves the replacement pieces on my living room, doesn’t specify which piece is which, and drives off. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service at Furniture Way Less (Decatur) is horrendous. There is absolutely no communication, and they couldn’t even provide me with a delivery estimate after I placed my order.
When I called the store to get an update, I was told that they couldn’t contact the drivers because the drivers would get mad at them—what kind of business operates like this? Because of their incompetence, I had to take time off work without pay, just sitting around waiting for a delivery that I had no idea when (or if) it would arrive.
This store is completely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually values...
   Read moreI always used to see this furniture place whenever I went into 285 flea market, and I never bought anything…this time i Basically furnished my whole home, I am in love with the furniture selection the furniture that I chose really matches with my decor and the prices were awesome to work with the pick up warehouse. It was not too far and they were very very quick about getting the furniture that I ordered together so that I could come and pick it up it was so seamless. It was so easy to deal with And I basically avoided a delivery fee by being able to get most of my stuff on my own but the delivery fee was not high at all.
