the union public library on steuyvesant ave has free pads in the hallway i asked fatther matthew from little flower about getting kicked out of the library and he mentioned as long as your not rude to the customers i didnt know it wasnt free? one staff member at this location in bh told me "if you live in town then you can get a library card" felt like the little girl in matilda running away to learn things...

The staff are VERY helpful and nice. The new building has absolutely NO character, is awful to look and is very depressing. I feel like I'm in a communist country's library.
