The lights themselves are pretty cool and they definitely added more this year ive heard. My gripe is the fact that they don't advertise anything about the price or the process, until you're already all the way back into the payment area where you finally see a sign that says $30 for a car load. That's not a terrible price but as someone who didn't know there was even a charge to begin with, I was a little surprised when asked for a $30 payment. Unfortunately I didn't have my wallet and bring any cards with me so we were forced to turn around midline, and the Very unfriendly worker scolded me as if we were trying to sneak in without paying. I drove towards the area that I was told to but turns out it was actually heading into the light show. We were then scolded Again by another security guard who finally escorted us out of line which we were trying to do the whole time. Very unorganized. Update: In response to the owner. I live in Galion Ohio so I my previous time there was with another family years ago as a guest in their car, we (my son and i) were actually searching online for a different place weve been to before in that same area, which is just a community of houses with an extraordinary amount of lights, which once searching, the Google search landed us at Butch Bandos, which we both thought was the place im referencing (Glenross) . On the Google search which is the same platform we're chatting on here, only shows the reviews in the location of your business says nothing about the price. I have no issue with charging for your services my issue was the fact that after explaining to your crew my situation, I went the way that I was told by your "employee" and after realizing it was taking us towards the light show, that is when we were then hunted down and treated very rudely after explaining we were just trying to exit but only went the way that we were told. I'm sure that you're Facebook page and or website lists the price but my point is that your business doesn't advertise the price until you get all the way back into the payment area. My suggestion would be at the very front entrance to add the price so that people don't drive all the way back there who aren't familiar with your websites to just learn that it's $30 a car load and then to only be scolded by your employees thinking we were trying to scam to see some Christmas lights đ...

Read moreStopped in to do one last festive holiday activity before Christmas an I enjoyed the experience. The staff was Friendly an helpful. Maybe its the holiday nostalgia or the lights increasing my serotonin but once I got up to the booth to pay I got excited, the whole thing lasted 30min or so I think.
Cons: it was packed bumper to bumper, wish they made it to where you didn't feel rushed, wish theyd let so many cars in at a time spaced out more because of all the bumper to bumper cars moving in front an behind you, can't stop to admire anything for long unless traffic is stopped in front of you. Also idk i don't think there allowed but i wished people turned off there bright headlights as it was hard to focus on the lights at times, i wasnt touching the gas much an doing 3-5 mph, kicked it in neutral to slow or to stop when possible an so the brakes didnt blind anyone behind me. (Social awareness)
Pros: soooo many lighted displays an many moving light displays, alot of funny, pretty an cool displays, several lighted tunnels, all of which were super cool to drive through, I wanted to drive through the tunnels again lol It was still pretty neat to see all of the displays which I'm sure took alot of hard work to put together. First time i ever been an I would still go back to do it again next year because of how much there was to see for the price. Def good for any adult of any age or kid who likes lights an Christmas or wants to relive nostalgia. Also the radio they tell u to tune into isn't required, it played Christmas music so why not.
Kinda wish I brought hot chocolate to make the drive complete. Next time.
Give it a go, theyre worth the trip, esp if you never...
