This place is the best. The flat out best. They built an eye-popping, jaw-dropping, breathtakingly beautiful wrapped bouquet for me this afternoon. They helped me immensely over the telephone. I just told them my situation and they put their absolute best heart into creating the bouquet. My daughter has had a tough week. She teaches second grade. She was just diagnosed with Covid. She now has to miss her class Christmas party that she had put so much effort into preparing. Her own two children aged five and eight now have to miss their school Christmas parties, kindergarten and second grade. And she just learned today that these are the last days for her grandmother who is dying from leukemia. There is no opportunity to say goodbye to her grandmother. My daughter really needed a lift. I have never seen a more beautiful bouquet of flowers. My daughter called me after I dropped the flowers off and she just wept over and over again - they are so beautiful, they are so beautiful, they are just gorgeous, the flowers are so large. I ordered flowers for a funeral and used Blossom Today which farmed out my order to Berlin Blossom. I ordered it with a sash that says Beloved Uncle. The night before the funeral I was receiving and setting up flowers. The size was not what was picture online but it is was still pretty. There was NO sash, I called and they told first they do not do a sash like pictured it is a bow. Then told me the driver realized she forgot the bow when she was already on the way and did not come back for it. I asked if they could bring one and they told me they were closing for the day and they would put it in a mailbox for me. I was 30 minutes away. At first I said ok but when I went back in another local florist was delivering and saw my disappointment, he offered to go make me one for free. I called Berlin blossom back and told them this was unacceptable and they stated that they would refund some money. I have not seen a refund yet.
