Good to walk dogs. Been here 45 minutes and saw 3 other people. 2 with dogs and one alone. Oops make that 4. 3 with dogs 1 without. Now 2 more people just walking. It is really quite deserted and desolate looking. The water areas are pretty but there is no way to help someone if they fell in. A lot of industrial scrap around.

Kind of sad, but we biked around all 3 ponds. I guess the town is still working on repairing the damage from the Tyson plant. The water is odd, a weird slimy green, but we saw 3 turtles and a heron. Praying it can be rehabilitated. The signs were interesting and helpful to understand the eerie feeling of damaged land.

The park looked beautiful but the parking and surrounding area near parking made me feel really unsafe. I only walked for 10 minutes; I felt really isolated so I turned back. To enter park you turn in between abandoned buildings and park in a very rustic area. I would definitely not go alone.

Wonderful place to take a walk and observe wildlife. Many species of waterfowl can be found here, you'll almost always discover a new bird every time you visit. There are a handful of informative signs along the trail to inform you of the various birds, mammals and reptiles/amphibians that can be found here. I once even saw a huge snapping turtle in the water, so cool! These man-made ponds were once used as wastewater disposal for the Tyson chicken factory but thanks to the local Berlin government, it is now a protected wildlife sanctuary that more people should take...

This "park" is an industrial wasteland. A visit is almost as enjoyable as an afternoon at the local landfill. A complete local government boondoggle. Come sit on a $3MM picnic table, bask in the sun as the geese swim in our magnificent effluent ponds! Bob for chicken heads! Kayak the E-coli water trail! See tax payers drown in municipal debt at the unrecoverable investment exhibit! Maybe the kids can take home a souvenir deer tick! This shuttered step treatment facility for decomposing chicken waste and human sewage offers...

This is a great place for a field trip for any class learning about water contamination and remediation. The informational signs provide a good overview of what makes this place so cool, but with an experienced guide it really comes alive. Excellent walking trails of hard packed grass with some gravel work towards the start. Very sparsely populated when we were there (around 3:00 pm). Highly...
