I have been to this subway many times and always recieved great service except this past Thursday 3/16/23. I placed an order on the app for a footlong cold cut combo. I selected lettuce,tomato,mayo,pickles,salt and pepper. When I came home with it I put it in the fridge to have for dinner a few hours later. When I finally decided to eat it the first bite I took I tasted onions and I don't like raw onion. So I opened up the sub and it had let,tom,mayo,pickles (which i ordered),red onion,cucumbers,green peppers(that I didn't order). So I called the store and the guy on the phone was very rude after I said this sub is not what I ordered and that he can't help what I selected in the app and that if there was a problem I would have to take it up with the corperate office.
