I don't leave very many reviews as you could see by checking out all my reviews because most places around Berlin/OC/Ocean pines are all extremely mid tier to low tier in my opinion nothing really stands out.

That being said I figured this place deserves one because it's hands down the best burger I've had from any food place (I got the double "snash" burger without the onions)

The fries are divine you need to order a separate order of them in my opinion because they are pretty stingy on the fries in the combo meals which sucks but oh well they are incredible and worth buying extra.

The chicken is also the best chicken I've had (I got the mild heat 4 piece tenders to test but definitely will be trying the higher tier heat levels because mild wasn't too bad it was pretty much just right and I'm betting the higher tiers are incredible). The chicken is huge, juicy, extra crunchy, and actually feels like you're getting some real quality chicken for once unlike all these other places.

Make sure you get yourself some extra ranch because it tastes pretty good as well.

The one gripe I have is the drinking cups, the lids are definitely not the right size they are slightly too small in my opinion because I exploded a cup on the counter trying to put the lid on with little to no pressure 🤣 but that doesn't really take away from my experience so I didn't feel the need to lower the rating any.

Service is great, feels like people working there are having a decent time and smiling and not being treated poorly like most of these other places you see.

One other thing I'd suggest if they do read this is that they should upgrade the interior to not look so plain and shitty up front so people are more inclined to eat inside if they want, I just went over to Subway to eat my food because it's nicer in there but subway is trash besides that, maybe work a deal out with subway or something to use their lobby for seating 😂.

Anyways even with those small issues it's a pretty clean and amazing spot and if you're a person who needs to read reviews to make a decision like me well you found the right review go try it and stop questioning it.

UPDATE* 3/30/25 Ended up getting another Double Snash Burger and a side of fries and it didn't disappoint once again best burger ever and a hefty amount of fries this time around you gotta give the place a chance and if you see the negative reviews just check how the owner is so active and wanting to make sure they have a better experience. Also if the foods are causing you issues that's probably a skill issue with yourself get a stronger stomach this foods clean...

Waited a few weeks to try them out so they could work out the new restaurant kinks, after two visits I will say the food is inconsistent. First time the medium chicken tenders were EXTREMELY spicy, second time the mild had no spice whatsoever. We were also missing a Mac n cheese which we were charged for but was not in the bag, and we requested different sauces with each box to try them and all boxes had ranch. While the ranch is good, we wanted to try the honey sauce and crimson sauce as well. Requested a refund/credit for the missing Mac and cheese with no response over a week later. The food is good but we work hard for our money, not sure if we will give them another shot, Popeyes and any of the non chains around here are MUCH...

Food is good, all of it Deep fried. only issues are price - items are A' la carte , so $10.99 for Homestyle chicken sandwich add Fries and drink for $4.99, so that is $15.98 for a sandwich fries and drink. with a Family of 5 our meal was reaching $100, that's sitdown restaurants territory. Hot is hot, everything has a spicey taste but it's a bit salty. would come again for something different, generous amount of food , staff extremely pleasant, facility was clean-even the restroom .
