The owner is really unprofessional! The girls do an amazing job. But the owner do not know what costumer service is. Thanks to her my mom and I haved a bad mothers day! It was the first time I take her and my sister because we wanted to spoil my mom, but when my mom ask the lady for a stone, the lady ask the owner and she answered "No we don't have time we have costumers waiting" I haved appoinment and I think if you are paying for a SERVICE they have to do what you want so you can go happy with the service it was A stone, not 10! So I ask her why she couldn't if it was only one and I told her that it was there first time there so in a bad mood she told the lady to put the stone, so my sister said "no lets go is the first and last time we come here" so she started asking the girls if it was me that one that cancel at last minute a party... and I heard that so I ask her "If I what?" I was the she couldn't ask me? So she ask me and I sad "yes it was what do you want me to do if at the last minute the others girl didn't answer my phone calls" she say that I make her loose money! And I ask her why she didn't say nothing before because after that I went back 4 times and she never said nothing! She got mad because I told her that we are not going back and that she didn't know what costumers service was! So she kick me out and told me she did not need my money. So I told her that is not the only place, there more places and they don't treat people like this! Read moreI had made an appointment for a mani/pedi for myself and my niece. I had left notes in my appointment that my niece wanted acrylics. The person called to let me know they only do gel tips and I agreed and let them know she currently has acrylics. They said it was fine. When I got there for our appointment, there was only one person and they were just barely starting on that person’s nails. The technician (owner?) saw my niece and said very rudely “she has nails” and I said “okay?” And she just stared blankly until I asked “can you take them off?” And she scoffed and said yes and “let me make sure there’s no one after you”. We were made very uncomfortable by her tone and rudeness. I sensed my niece go into her shell as she’s very shy and so I decided to cancel our appointment on the spot and go elsewhere. I told the technician and she responded with “are you serious?” And I said yes. And she said “don’t ever come back to my salon”. They’re very rude.
