I use this location for work printing purposes. There is one girl who often works who is great and when I don't see her behind the counter I know its going to be a rough experience. She deserves a raise - I wish I remembered her name. She also needs some competent help.
Everyone else has been so disorganized, takes so long to help anyone, doesn't seem to have any knowledge in the print dept. So disappointed in this location. Worst office depot Ive been to by far. A couple days ago I had two small documents to print - there were 3 people in line ahead of me. I was there for 45 minutes. Two people from behind me actually went ahead of me just due to the service reps disorganization - pulling me to help me, going to help someone else instead, the other staff calling the next person in line to help before I was helped. Will definitely find a back up print place for anytime I dont see my girl behind the counter when I walk in.
Update a couple years after this original review - this print center is still the worst in any Office Depot I've been to. I use their self-service machines now because it's easier than dealing with the employees but I was just in there for 20 minutes trying to print something and it wasn't working (would just spin out on calculating cost for long the the machine would time out. I did this 4x) and the two gentlemen working there didn't once offer to help even though clearly something was wrong. Really wish there was a different print center...
Read moreI know why these are all closing. I called to ask a question, after being on hold for 3 minutes a girl answered with broken english, and I asked a question which she told me 'no' to, but it's possible she didn't understand me too well, so I just simply asked if I could ask the manager since she said it would be up to the manager anyways, and she told me "he's in a meeting call back later"... I mean come on... Then to prove that she's the problem, I called another store at a different location and got right on with a manager and the lady was totally helpful and said that it shouldn't be a problem at all... My only issue is that I didn't want to drive double the distance to get to the latter store, but regardless this just shows how horrible this location is and it supports why most of these stores are dropping like flies and when you go into them it's basically a ghostown more often than not. It's sad really. The one time I needed something from them they failed. And then to just emphasize a bit more... I called a Staples cause one is close, and the Staples was fine with it too. So basically I just had an uncooperative foreigner who could barely speak english and didn't want to help me on the phone and probably was incapable of being helpful but she wouldn't forward me to someone who could help. So good luck with you closing failing business that you have to be at to...
Read moreUpdate: See response below from Office Depot. How is it my responsibility to reach out to you with information you already have? This review is associated with a specific store so this is information you have. My personal information should not be required for you to troubleshoot issues within YOUR organization. Further indication of poor organizational standards and policies. Steeling my resolve to NOT every shop Office Depot again. Amazon has the same products for less and I don't even have to leave my home. Simply awful everytime I go there. Just returned from a quick trip to purchase office supplies and ended up standing at the counter to checkout for 20 minutes while both associates held up the line to answer questions from two customer who had no idea what they wanted. Didn't care that the line was extensive behind them. Zero efficiency. On top of that, the supplies are old and dusty and wet! Bought an ink cartridge that was enclosed in a plastic box for security. When I got home, I could see the box had been soaking wet! Had to return it. Everytime I shop here, there's always some nonsense. And they wonder why Amazon is putting retailers out...
