Beverly Hills Women's Club — Attraction in Beverly Hills

Really nice space BUT HORRIBLE STAFF!! I had a birthday party here and while the space is beautiful, it is not worth the hassle. You have to do everything yourself from set up to clean up. the staff is extremely unhelpful throughout the whole process. There is no one around day of to assist with questions or problems that come up. They tell you someone will be there to help but no one helped us at all. The A/C didn’t work, there was no handicap access for my older guests, we needed extra tables and chairs to be put out, my catering company had several questions and no one was around. The only time the guy showed his face the whole day was to make sure we cleaned up the whole place, down to sweeping the floors, so that basically he didn’t have to do anything. They make sure to call you several times to pay them before the event but after they get their money there is radio silence on their part, no help, and no apologies for the stress they cause the hosts of the event by not helping at all. If you plan on having a party here GOOD...

I love the BHWC! It's going through some changes with the new president but it's really amazing. The Philanthropy Council is really great and does amazing work for undeserved communities. I enjoy my time...
