OK so, i love the appliances from Mazer. We got a stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The washing machine wouldn't start but they got their tech guy, who was extremely nice and patient with me, out and he fixed it and it works great. Now my problem with Mazer is that when they delivered everything to my house, I told them to be careful with the linoleum. The deliver guys had a small problem getting the frig though the door and I told them please try not to slide the appliances sideways on the floor. Well, they got all the appliances in and they look great and everything. However, the next day I noticed a tear in my floor. Then my Grandma noticed another, then I noticed a complete rip in my floor (3 places in total). So I called mazer and they gave me the number to a Mr. Wenn who is over the deliver team. We talked and he said he would get someone out LAST Tuesday to come take pictures of the floor. Now when the tech guy came out to fix the washer, he took pictures of the floor and was on the phone with someone when he emailed them the pictures of the floor to whoever.....a week had passed and me and my fiancee had tried numerous times to get in contact with Mr. Wenn to see when they where coming over since they clearly didn't come out Tuesday. We finally get in contact with him yesterday and he said " I am going to have to get a professional over to your house and take pictures and make sure it was our fault because my deliver guys said the floor was not secured and that the floor wasn't put down properly and it was unstable.".........excuse me? First off my fiancee used a ton of glue on the floor and made sure things where stable since im pregnant. Second a refrigerator being dragged across linoleum was bound to move the flooring at some point. Mr Wenn did not say any of that a week ago when we first spoke about my floor. On top of that he didn't even try to contacts us to reschedule before. Now I am 29 weeks pregnant. This is mine and my fiancees first house we bought. We have been in it maybe 3 weeks now. When we purchased the house they had carpet in the kitchen and that was the first thing we fixed. MY fiancee worked on the floor for over a week. They had carpet, then sticky tile underneath and it was clearly old so it took him forever to scrape everything up and sand the floor. He worked his butt off and even hurt both of his hands in the process of fixing our floor. Now I told Mr. Wenn that I had all the receipts from Lowes showing the floor was brand new and that when the appliances where delivered, the floor was just a week old. Mr Wenn then told me " I cant go by what receipts say mam." At this point I'm crying because I only want my floor fixed that my fiancee slaved over trying to make pretty for me and the baby that is due in July. Mr Wen told me the first time we spoke it would get fixed. Nothing has happened. I even told him I UNDERSTAND accidents happen. I really get that. However your delivery team ruined my brand new floor and all I'm asking is that you guys fix it. But with Mr Wenn saying he's gonna have to get all the people out to my house to evaluate everything I finally said (while still crying) "just forget about it. I thought this was gonna simple, not being dragged out to where it would only cause me more stress. I will get on my hands and knees, a 29 week pregnant women and fix my own floor since you don't want to and are procrastinating about fixing it and that again I understand accidents happens but what I was taught was if you break it you either buy it for fix it. So thank you Mr Wenn for making a pregnant women cry and for ruining my floor my fiancee put down for me." I then hung up the phone. So i would give them a better rating, shoot I would have given them a 5 star rating because again the appliances are great and the people in the store where so helpful. But because of their delivery team, I cant do it. They literally made me cry and ruined my fiancees hard work. But I will fix my own...
Read moreI bought a fridge from Mazer’s and paid for it to be delivered. My fridge was delivered on 10/29/21 and the delivery guys chipped my door. My house is a brand new house we just built. I called Mazer’s and was informed that they use a third party delivery service and I would have to contact said third party. I called and I was told I would be called back with an available date. 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t received said call yet. I called again and was informed they were behind schedule but would be called soon. I was finally able to set up an appointment for them to come fix my door. The guy texted me saying he needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the appointment and he never showed. He didn’t bother to call or text. When I texted him asking if he was still coming as I had to take the day off to ensure I was home he said he forgot. He didn’t bother calling and setting up another appointment. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I will never do business with them again. They chipped my brand new door in my brand new house that I hadn’t lived in yet and simply do not care to fix what they did. The delivery guys also didn’t care. Read moreI placed an order with a local appliance store in Durango, CO. 10/28/21. We were told 7/13/22 that our wall oven has been discontinued. What a shock since we ordered a specific color. After hanging up with my local guy, I typed in the model number and Mazer Appliance popped up. I was thankful that they had several in their warehouse. To be sure it was really there I called and spoke with a very helpful salesman - JV. He guided me through the on-line purchase, which was very easy, and educated me about the shipping options. We picked up our unit Yesterday! WOW! That was fast. It was on a pallet strapped down with a large green cone on top. It had no dents or punctures on it.
