Lynwood Bowl — Attraction in Bloom Township

Well miss tia doesn't have her facts straight... the party was a last minute call and they were accommodated they were also given the party rate (which includes a deposit and booking in advance)which they did not have to do. Another party was booked at 7:30 (full house) not a league. The parties are 3 hrs and the received 3-1/2 hrs. Lanes went off @ 6:30 pm and boy were some people pissed because they had 1 more frame to go. On timers.The gentleman who acted like he was running it come to find out he was helping only. He was also well aware lanes were going off @6:30 pm had no problem. But then it was a problem and started being very rude and bossy at the counter to the young man wking there. He was told that's enough it's time to leave and the (man) said I'm not going anywhere you'll have to get someone to make me leave (over 1 frame lol) sat down and ate his cold pizza like a child, not much time left had a huge party coming in and another man was big heavy bald and buzzed kept saying stuff too. So he had no choice.. one cop came and as soon as some saw him they acted like they did nothing wrong and they were these nice customers (not) The cop knew too by the way they were talking outside and acting. So the funny thing is, the guy who's party it really was called and apologized and said he's a family member and does usually cause problems. But he loved his party and will be back without crazy family members. The other party had a great time and we're wonderful. Lynwood bowl loves all people and are happy to accommodate anyone as long as they respect their employees and their property great place for sure. Two sides to every story. Moral of this story tia will have to find a new place...

Im more than disgusted with this establishment. My family decided to go here for one day of our family reunion.They told us that they can accommodate us ,but a bowling league was schedule after us.we bowl for three hours. After our time ended we started leaving all to be greeted by police. Police was called on us with 10 minutes because we didn't leave fast enough . We had over 50 people not including children. The police even told them that wasn't enough time for us to leave and appologize and left. Anyone of color please...

I called the facility to book a team building activity for our cheer team. I spoke with Bob who stated that he was the manager. I was very surprised at the customer service he provided. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. He was short, he kept cutting me off, he was very uninformative and unaccommodating. Customer service is what brings new and old customers back for business. This experience was like no other I have encountered. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this bowling location as long as...
