Finally, after over 4 months, we received our new refrigerator. 4 long months of no ice, no cold drinks, and limited ability to store food. Fortunately we have a spare, but it has no ice maker. The only good thing I can say about the past 4 months is that I was able to get in more stair step exercise, which was sorely needed, but inconvenient.

Now the good stuff about Blink Appliance; the entire staff is superb. From the owner, to the sales support, to the installers, everyone has been great. I think part of the reason is they are a family-owned business, which means they have so much more invested in their customer base.

When our refrigerator broke down in June, we tried to find a store close to home. We shopped all the big box stores; Lowes, Home Depot, Abt and online, which is a joke. Some models on display were floor models with dents or they could not be ordered because they were discontinued models. So we took a trip to Blink Appliances and found a suitable model that we liked and would fit in our home. Shortly after placing the order we got word that there was a serious backorder on appliances due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was not a unique problem: people everywhere were having the same experience.

The ordering process was pleasurable, they kept us up to date about shipping date changes (at least 3 for the fridge), and after the delivery call we were ready to go. Attached are a few pics of the removal and installation of our new baby. Isn't she lovely? So quiet and its not the space saver model, which cost much more. We love the larger model.

My wife and I were in the market for a new washer and gas dryer. We've never had to buy any as we had inherited my parents MAYTAG units which were bought new in 1985. They still work fine but my daughter and son in law who live upstairs from us needed a dryer so we decided to go new and give them our set.We have friends and family who've purchased at BLINKS.i spoke to Doug on the phone before going in the same day and he was so patient on the phone taking time to answer all my questions. Later that day we stopped in and am so glad we purchased through them. Doug spent over 45 minutes explaining every feature on the units we were interested in. He clarified how some people buy bigger cu ft. washers only to realize that bigger isn't always better. He didn't pressure us into making any quick decisions. He invited us to come back if we wanted to think about it for awhile. We were going to purchase a base model Whirlpool washer and dryer but opted for a Maytag washer with 5 yr warranty and Maytag dryer with 10 yr warranty. We purchased on Friday and delivery was on Wednesday as we asked for. The guys delivering were awesome. No delivery fee they moved the other units where we wanted free of charge and carefully set up the new ones. There was no fee to take away the an old dryer. Doug was fantastic and maybe we spent a little more than what we might have at a big box store but I don't think we would have gotten the knowledge and service from them that Doug offered. Great prices - Knowledgeable staff - Great Made in America selection! We recently had a run of bad luck with our kitchen appliances and needed 3 items at once. I went to Blink where I had purchased a refrigerator a couple years ago. They have great sales people who will work with you to find the style, color, price you want and the features, or size, you need. No heavy pressure to buy, but honest information given. Even with buying 3 appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave) I did not break my budget. You can buy basic models to luxury built-ins here. They really offer items for all price ranges. Delivery was prompt and on-time; Installation was efficient, quick, and the installers knowledgeable and considerate about working in my home. They took away my old appliances so I did not have to worry about how to dispose of them. Delivery was free for the items I purchased.
