The bike seat has neither been sent by Dan nor received by Saul. Payment was rendered at approximately 5:49 am March 31, 2023. At 11:19 am, March 31, a refund was requested via email. At 11:55 am, Dan spoke with Saul on the phone and he refused to grant a refund citing terms and conditions. The store opens at 8am, requested refund at 11:19am. Nothing was delivered and no services rendered.

Dan communicated quickly and efficiently. Due to the fact that we were dealing with a refund request made only a mere 5 hours (3 hours open) after payment was made, I do believe that good business practices would require the issuance of refund. Dan even requested Saul to keep restocking fee. Although, nothing was even done on Saul's part. The request for refund was not made as result of dissatisfaction of work as specified in your terms and policies.

Asked to amicable resolve, Saul did not offer any solutions.

I got my seat today and not only is it a pleasure to ride on, but it’s beautiful.

As I told Saul two years ago when I first heard about them doing e-bike seats, I have an autoimmune, and it has limited many of the activities I use to engage in with ease before.

I got my Himiway Escape so I could bike ride again, but I knew that seat was terrible and would be hard to replace because it was styled like a moped seat.

After trying everything, I heard about Saul's Upholstery & Drapery making custom e-bike seats. Unfortunately they didn't have the dimensions for my brand and style of bike. I would check in every now and then, but it wasn't until May this year that I found out they had produced a seat for another person who had a bike like mine.

It was the best purchase I could make for quality of ride and the seat is beautiful and fits perfectly with the theme and style of the bike.

I needed a new seat for my E-bike. The original was so painful to sit on for more than a short while. I wanted to find a reliable and professional shop of sorts that wasn't going to give me something sub-par, lacking, and/or rip me off. I looked around for a bit till I was giving a recommendation from a friend for Saul's upholstery and drapery. Since they do custom seats for the specific E-bike I have. Gave them a shot, and I can say I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will admit that the price of the seat at first made me hesitate. Seems like I'm not the only one. But considering how quick they were, the crazy amount of options on their website to make the seat you want, and after trying it out for about a week now, I have no regrets whatsoever. Full support and I can cruise as long as I want without felling sore after. At least from my experience with this purchase, I would definitely...
