Spin Central Laundromat — Attraction in Bloomfield

I have been coming here every weekend for over a year to wash my daughters cloth diapers. On occasion I have either forgotten or was not able to make it back to the laundromat before closing and left the diapers over night. This weekend I went on Saturday afternoon to wash the diapers and was not able to make it back before closing. I also was unable to go back yesterday. I go in today to tend to the diapers and they are missing. The employees say they have no idea what happened to them and will not let me speak with a manager or owner. They were rude and very unprofessional and unhelpful. I doubt anyone would steal dirty cloth baby diapers. I am so upset to think an employee purposefully threw them away on me. A solid bet for washing your soiled clothing.

They open at 6 A.M. on the weekends, their machines (fairly new Huebsch models) are priced in the mid-range for the area, work well, and are reliable, they've got a TV, there is enough seating for the Sunday morning laundry-doers to rest their bums, there is ample parking, and there is a conveniently located convenience store right next door. However, they have unfortunately adopted the whole "laundry card" trend, so get ready to experience "Dave & Buster's Syndrome" if you decide to come here.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but doing my laundry here just "feels" good. Maybe they're pumping pheromones into the air.

Only upside is the location and parking. Other than that the machines are dirty, old a mostly out of order the space is small (very hard to move around and dry your clothes) and people do not have the decency to not remove your clothes from the machines, especially during COVID... why would you want to touch someone’s clothes ?

I tried to get a refund on the money placed into the card because I have no plans on going back. The girl said I couldn’t get a refund because it’s store policy ...................... last time I checked I was not informed on any store policy involving refunds....
