Long wait times and dirty. The inside of this location is always in disarray and filthy, and the pharmacy is so understaffed that they've placed a sign in the drive-thru window stating it may take more than 20 minutes to be helped.

First, the people working here are nice, I have no issues with them, but I shutter every time I have to go here. Today I did the drive thru pharmacy pick-up knowing the window doesn't open till 9am. At 9:05 window was still closed, used the call button but nobody came. There is a sign on the window talking about how short staffed they are, and if you see them inside, they are working with indoor customers. Your window wait time could be up to 20 minutes. It must be impossible to do a counter customer then window customer and so on, and so forth. Doesn't seem like rocket science. However, if your store is not equipped to run window service, then shut it down and make everyone come inside. I opted to use the window since I recently had foot surgery and it is very uncomfortable to walk.

About a month ago I was in the ER with chest palpitations. Doctors prescribed medication and, on purpose, I waited 2 hours before going to pick up the medication. You would think it would have been ready. Nope, they had not even started on it. Staff told me to sit and wait until they could get to it, maybe in a half hour. Yep, that is where I want to sit and wait after an emergency room visit. I left without the medication and didn't go back until the next day, was too worn out. Thank God I didn't need that prescription to go on living.

Sadly my insurance dictates where I have to get my prescriptions filled. I really miss the quality of Walgreens, I have to figure out how to get my insurance to cover prescriptions being...

I went through a lot of health problems in the last few years, which have fortunately eased. As a result, I have unfortunately had a lot of experience with this pharmacy.

To be clear, the store itself is amazing. The store manager helped me with my daughter---he even gave her flowers---when she had a serious health issue during a store visit.

But the pharmacy...

The pharmacy service is hit or miss, and increasingly it's a miss. They have run out of my scheduled prescriptions in the past. When I was on many prescriptions, on two separate occasions the pharmacist made shocked faces and remarking on the quantity during pick-up. Unless prescriptions are routinely scheduled, they seem to ignore app requests for refills and only fill them once you're in the store. I have also had them fill some prescriptions and forget others.

I slowly transferred my prescriptions to a mail-order pharmacy because every month a new mix-up occurred. It created additional, unneeded stress during a difficult health situation. Today another one happened, and the staff were rude when I asked how to get the prescription filled quickly. I'm done.

I have had good experiences here, and one of the clerks is particularly sweet. But good experiences shouldn't be the exception, and I'm tired of feeling like a guinea pig for staff new to their careers. I'll still shop at the store when I need various items, but I will never use this...

I am just shocked at how horribly I was just treated by the pharmacist at this location! I had my prescription transferred from Walgreens to here because the cost was significantly less. When speaking with the pharmacist I had important questions regarding my prescription as I was asking her questions she kept speaking to someone else and it was very distracting plus how is she understanding my question if she is speaking to someone at the same time? I stopped and I let her know I would appreciate if she could finish up with whoever she was speaking to so I could continue my question explaining that it was very important to me. She literally began to laugh in a very sarcastic way. I asked her if she was in fact laughing? She informed me that she knew what I was asking her she gave me some off the cuff answer and of course it was not pertaining to my actual question which when I explained that she thought it best to just hang up on me! I guess there is a reason CVS is fighting to stay above water. Also when calling them you can not speak to a person. You must leave a voicemail and wait until they feel like calling you back. This is not convenient if you at work and can’t just take...
