I stopped by this Taco Bell today and honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed. The moment I walked in, the energy felt good. The staff were genuine, friendly, and fast, the kind of people who actually look at you and make you feel welcome instead of just rushing you through a line. The place itself is spotless. Clean tables, clean floors, clean counters. Even the parking lot has plenty of space, which is rare these days. It makes the whole visit feel easy and stress free. And the music… surprisingly good. Not too loud, not boring. Just the right vibe while you eat. But the part that really took me back was the tray. They still serve your food on a tray here. It sounds small, but it reminded me of the old days when places cared about the dine-in experience. It feels respectful, like they actually want you to enjoy your meal instead of rushing you out with a paper bag. Overall, this location hit all the right notes for me. Clean, welcoming, well-run, and a little nostalgic in the best way. I’ll definitely come back.

They have a new overnight staff and they are not very good. Not sure if it's a bunch of new people or what but these are the chinciest, messiest/sloppiest taco bell items I've ever gotten from this location. The wait was extremely long which okay that's fine it's Friday but people were literally backing out of the drive thru. They also got part of my order wrong, which once again, it happens. The quality of the food was just really unappetizing and sloppy this time, as well as how they were just thrown in the bag half unwrapped? I will post photos of how the food looked upon taking it out of the bag. I have been to this location several times and as of may 27th 2022, the quality of service and food has gone down significantly.

If you haven’t tried the new Cantina Tacos, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. The flavor is great, and they even bless you with the courtesy of having a 13,000 pound African bush elephant or a Caterpillar Road Roller completely crush and flatten the tacos for you so when you open the wrapper, they are guaranteed to completely come apart in your lap and all over the floor. Don’t forget to ask for extra sauce to piece and glue the crumbs of your lunch back together. Five stars ONLY because of the professionalism and overall kind demeanor and helpfulness of the manager working at the window.

worst experience I've ever had at any taco bell in my life... I go to drive thru. me and my room mate order 2 orders thru drive thru. first a hand full of burritos. the second a combo box... how bad could they mess it up... šŸ¤£šŸ˜….. get thru drive thru and notice over half of food is missing. was told my drive thru attendant that she was putting both orders into one bag. ok no problem. but as soon as pull forward realize almost nothing Orderd was in the bag. then go in to get weird looks and the whole staff conversing in another language after i tell them why I'm there. they try to say I only Orderd what was given. turns out they split my roommates order until 2 and then put mine in as a 3rd order. so they charged me for his food. and the next person in drive thru got charged and was given my food. now I'm in there with my roommate with both receipts and they are trying to make out like they made no mistake... after a very akward and long wait they finally remake the order after the younger worker admitted he leave a mistake. then get home and find out the $11 second half of my roommates order that I was charged for wasn't even in thy bag the whole time.... so for some reason my order got split into 3 and after almost an hour after ordering got home still missing half of it... I get people make mistakes but the compounding incompetence is really on display there. ruining sevral people and sevral groups of peoples experiences and wasting everyone's time and still not getting what you pay for at end... all I can say is I wish I never went and will not make the same mistake.... after further review my roommates order only asked for one thing.. no sour cream.. guess what there was an excess of?... you guessed it sour cream! oh and after eating this supper dry bland taco i I only now realize iv didn't even get my drink for my "COMBO MEAL" litteraly never seen such an incompetent staff. asked for manager never saw one. and honestly I don't think they tried to be that terrible unless they scamming the company for money, but litteraly are just that incompetent it didn't occur that when they mess up sevral people's orders in a row maybe not have...

I frequent this taco Bell quite often. I have filled out surveys a few times and usually completely satisfied. This time I was going to ignore it all together and go to a different franchise, but I guess everyone deserves a chance to make it right. At least I'm hoping they do.

I arrived and went through the drive through as I was on my way home. I ordered the five dollar fill up and an extra taco supreme and a Pepsi. When I got my order it was cold and the Pepsi was a small when they usually give me a large. I brought up the Pepsi as it was the only thing I noticed incorrect right at the gate. The young woman explained to me that it only comes with a small. If I remember correctly her exact words were " Well, that's what you get" . Puzzled by her demeanor I just replied " oh, ok" I pulled up and checked my food, and found it to be not quite cold... I'd say Luke warm, as if it was sitting for 20 minutes or so. I assumed they pre made the boxes or I got someone else's food that changed their mind on their order. I pulled back around and sat at the intercom to explain the issue. I sat there for approximately 5 minutes and was never greeted. I drove up and waited an additional 8 minutes before I was acknowledged. I know this because after 5 minutes I was watching the clock. Finally a young man came to the window and said "hey what's up" I said not much but my foods kinda cold. He laughed probably to lighten the mood not because it was funny. Still I was not in the mood for laughter. He replied with " I got you " and took my bag. He gave me a new box and said " your all set, have a good one" I said thank you and drove home. I was done dealing with anything else. It didn't matter at that point as I worked very hard all day and just wanted to go home. I got home and grabbed my food and found it was just thrown in and the lid was smashed down on top of the contents. I shook my head and scoffed. When I started to pick through this mess I had to call dinner, I realized it was missing the extra taco supreme and...
