This place is SUPER cute!! Multiple cute photo ops. The food was absolutely delicious!! We tried the mango sorbet and it's just mangoes blended up with sugar. Ordered the watermelon sorbet, cucumber Sorbet with tajin & chamoy, mango popsicle, elote (in a cup because they ran out of cobs), & brownie ice cream. Everyone loved their picks! We all loved the cucumber Sorbet, could eat it by the gallon!!! (The burps afterwards are as if you drank cucumber water at the spa!) They said they make everything in house. The cucumber Sorbet was just organic cucumber blended up with some sugar and frozen. It's deliciously fresh & amazing with tajin & chamoy added!! Hands down the best place for a treat!! Go now!

Hmm… harmony in a cup, young Padawan. The pistachio—bright as Yoda’s wisdom, smooth as a Jedi mind trick. The strawberry—bursting with flavor, like Ewoks at a victory feast. A perfect pairing, they were. Inside, colors swirl like a Naboo market—vibrant, cheerful, alive. From paletas to sundaes and everything between, many temptations await even the strongest of Jedi. 💫 Verdict: Delicious, this place is. Return, I shall. 📍Valentina’s Michoacana – For frozen joy, come you must.

I ordered shaved ice from this store and found broken pieces of plastic inside the cup while eating. This is extremely unsafe, especially if a child had eaten it. I immediately called the store, but the person who answered did not speak English. When I asked if there was someone who could help me in English, they simply said “no” and hung up. This was not only a serious food safety issue but also very frustrating due to the lack of communication and accountability. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves both their food safety and customer service.

The place was all about cartoon colors and sugar! I will never go back. It said they were open at 10:00 a.m. and the door was locked. I knocked on the door at 10 minutes after 10am and finally caught the attention of the worker. She came to the door and could only speak Mexican. She stood there as if asking what I wanted, but stood in the way and made me wonder if they were open. She finally let me in. The whole menu was in Mexican. I'm not against Mexican, I just want to have English being in America. I don't know why they didn't have both languages side-by-side like some establishments do. She didn't understand organic and she didn't understand coconut milk ice cream. I settled on a tropical rainbow ice cream. It was more of a sherbet/ icey. She scraped the bottom of the barrel and it was very slurry of sugary and goo. I'd call it a...
