It’s pretty fantastic to have a gallery like this in Bloomington, especially in the humble area of Penn and 90th. I’ve driven past it a million times but only went inside for the first time today. Wow - what a treat. There’s so much art and pottery inside, and in such a pleasant building. If you like art and pottery, you can’t not like it. I figured if I wasn’t familiar with African art or didn’t have a home esthetic that matched it, it wouldn’t be for me. But I was surprised how many things I loved and wanted to take home with me.
