Very slow and rude to customers when I got to the window five people had on headsets and no one could say be with you in a minute Also listen to some one in my car ask why they could take our order and fix our coffee. This person at window said we all heard that and no one talks to us like that being very rude over talking me trying to Karen me. When I told her they could have said wait a min but no they didn’t you know it’s common curiously I watched six cars in front of me clear out before one of the lazy of the five took and our order You know basically it is against the law for someone to listen in on private conversations without both people knowing about it. And anyway nothing was said about the slow in consider employees and over priced coffee that wasn’t true !! It didn’t give her the worker any right to talk to a customer the way she did. Oh yeah that’s the new generation they are all about them selfs the me generation they shiow no one respect !!! So don’t exspect fast nice respectful service from this Starbucks. I went a few days ago came in & a tall thin brunette with a head set on was already making my drink & I ordered extra Carmel drizzle which she wasn't doing so I politely asked her for extra but she turned and gave me a dirty look and really harshly pumped one extra pump and never answered me. She didn't say yes or ok just a dirty look and she continued to make my drinks & then when she finished one she put it on counter as far away from me as she could & then she finished my 2nd and set it on counter and didn't look at me, didn't say thank you or have a nice day or anything. She treated me like I was a nuisance. I was so upset when I left i was in tears. This isnt the first ordeal with her. Read moreThis store has been doing a good job for a while now so I'm hoping this was a one off. Saturday, 6/8/24, around 10am, ordered an iced white mocha with soy milk, as I have for over 2 decades. There was no white mocha in it. There is always some at the bottom of the cup, and this one had none and it wasnt sweet. It also had very little soy milk because it was very dark. And so little ice, the few pieces left were nearly melted away. One of the reasons I pay $6-7 for a coffee because 99% of the time it's exactly like I want it. But without ice, white mocha syrup or soy milk, what the $%#@ did you give me? Whoever the barista was this morning needs more training.
