Treat yourself to the ultimate spa experience. This spa will certainly whisk you away to a serene, relaxing experience complete Columbus, Ohio with their aloha style. The specialists are always very experienced and they offer an impressive menu of spa services including over a dozen types of facials for every skin type, skin challenge or age. I opted for an anti-aging facial complete with a peel that left my skin clean, clear, deeply moisturized and glowing. The massages they offer represent numerous techniques to give you the ultimate relaxation or therapy. You’ll enjoy the beautiful decor, the quiet spaces, and the warm and friendly service of the entire staff. They have thoughtfully hand chosen a collection of fine & unique skincare products, and treatments that are available on the main floor. Keep in mind there are three floors of this spa, the first floor featuring the products and a nail spa, the second for facials and therapeutic massage as well as water treatments and the third floor a beautiful loft. This is a great place to treat yourself or a friend or family member and also to bring a group for a bridal for a baby shower.

I booked a massage and facial and the Hannah room for my husband's birthday. The room was FILTHY there was black mold in the steam room, sauna floors, shower in the women's locker room. The cold plunge pool steps are so rusted it's a total health hazard not to mention there was white spatter all over the top of the cold plunge like it hadn't been sanitized. The robes smelt like poop. I went to the manager. She said she should be inspecting things daily, But doesn't, because she assumed their sanitation team cleans things and would I make a video that she could send them, because she was shocked at what I showed her. I asked her to smell the towels because they stunk so bad and she said she couldn't smell anything because she lost her smell in covid. To spend $672.00 was a complete waste of money. The facial was rushed she explained nothing she was doing and proceeded to insult my hormoal condition telling me I should invest in cream for my malasma and hyperpigmintation. I would never go back to this place and I'm going to notify the health inspector bc its a huge sanitation issue. Not to mention insulting and rude.

Problem amicably resolved 3/30/16. Had a really bad experience for the first time in 7+ years going here. Not with a massage itself; but rather with the sales rep/front desk receptionist. I showed up at 3:00 pm to purchase a "package" which was listed on their website as well as rack cards at $125.00, plus I had a promotional coupon for $20 off. I handed over my credit card, and to my surprise, the receipt said total $130.00; albeit the charge should have been $125-$20=$105. I kindly asked the representative why this occurred; and she responded "our prices just changed." Well, I advised that the spa should at least have a sign that says "Attn Customers , Prices just went up X amount" but that didn't exist....So, I asked her to do the right thing and honor the price that was stated on the Maui Spa website as well as rack card which I had with me and furthermore, the coupon I had with me. In a snotty attitude, she took my credit card, canceled the original transaction, and re-rang me up, this time for $125.00 HOWEVER, this time, she forgot to include my 15% off coupon/$20 off any purchase of $125 or more which I had with me. When I mentioned this, she said "oh, well its too late to add it so just tell them when you come in for your treatment that its noted on your account." I asked for proof that it was noted on my account; and asked how the gift recipient should request the credit when they come for spa services. Her response was "just mention it". I have bought many packages here for friends, wife, mothers day,etc and have never had an experience like this. Typically the staff is friendly, welcoming, honest and accommodating. To finalize my experience, she handed me my "gift card" in a plain bag, not the standard gift bag that I have received in the past. I asked about some type of gift wrapping and was told "sorry, were out". Just another disappointment.....At this point I'm tempted to call Amex and just dispute the charge and return the gift card. My experience was humiliating and for a high end spa, so disappointing. I've also own and operated a local business since 2001.....this isn't the way we treat our clients nor is it the way I expect to be treated. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this company representative. Hopefully this email/review will solicit some type of...

My sister and I received Birthday certificates last March and we had booked our spa day together. We each had the Hanna Room, body scrub, massages and facials. I was happy up to the point of the facial I received. I am 55 years old and in all my facials I have never had a facial like this. The woman actually wore what seemed to me like surgeon gloves. When she was massaging my face all I could hear was scrunch, scrunch. Completely annoying. The facial was awful as well. When I met my sister in the waiting area she said how was it and I said awful. She said when we leave say something. So I did. They were very apologetic and said they would speak to her and I asked for a credit which I needed to call the manager to receive. After phone calls back and forth she granted me a $100 credit which was great, and good business.. My sister had a $100 credit as well that she did not use. Now fast forward to this past weekend. I called my sister and said look if you don't want your credit can you put on my account as I wanted to get a very badly needed massage and reflexology as I had broken my ankle in September. She calls, spoke to a receptionist, she said no problem, done. I called the day after and booked a hot rock massage and reflexology and they were having a special on the massage so it was $150 for the massage and $60 for the reflexology, which amounted to $10 out of pocket. I get to the front desk to pay. She says you have a $100 credit. I said NO I have a $200 credit. She looks at me rudely and hits the girls leg next to her to get her attention. I explained the situation that my sister called to move the credit to my account. When I booked the appt. I even mentioned the $200 credit. So back and forth she is looking in the computer as I'm standing there getting more frustrated by the moment. I just received an excellent massage from Jenny, btw she was fabulous. So she keeps asking me for my sisters name, she keeps looking then says it was redeemed. I said how could it be redeemed when she just called 3 days ago and moved it to my account. Yes, may have been redeemed as a transfer to my account but never got there. SO, after the stress mounting I gave the girl $10 and said here is Jenny's tip and I walked out. What an experience. Never again will I go there!!! So...

I have usually had nothing but good experiences here but this time was not acceptable. This was easily the second worse massage I've had in my life.

Feeling burnt out I booked a last minute Aromatherapy Massage with Lisa.

When I arrived the masseuse smelled like cigarette smoke and the massage room also had a faint smell of smoke as well. I should have just walked out at that moment and listened to my intuition.

When the massage started I immediately noticed there was no smell of the 'signature Fiji oil" that is part of this massage, only sticky Arnica body lotion and absolutely no oil mixed in. When I asked her she said its a delicate smell and continued without really listening.

The actual massage itself was miserable, absolutely no pressure or real effort put into the massage. I felt like my dog was giving me a dry massage with her bare paws.

After asking to apply more pressure and even explaining the points of pain and soreness, she did not work on any of the areas I mentioned.

When I went down to the front desk to pay and they asked me how everything went, I was completely honest about the level and quality of service in addition to the staff not knowing how to carry out an Aromatherapy Massage.

All they did was say I'm sorry and we can reduce the price of the massage from $135 to $100 saying if I left they could have done more, but because of 'policy' that's all they could.

Safe to say I was very disappointed and left in more discomfort than when I arrived. I will NEVER be coming back.

I think it's time people stand up for what they spend their hard...
