This restaurant just recently opened and I decided to give it a try. First off you should understand this is a kosher restaurant so the chinese items are a little different then what you would see in your typical chinese restaurant. If you like chinese and keep kosher or are dining with someone who does then this is the place to go. The restaurant is a little out of the way for me to get to and is located in a strip mall. It has a very new and modern decor when you walk in. They do have a small amount of outdoor seating available. The menu has an a very good variety of the usual chinese dishes you expect from a chinese restaurant such as General Tso's and sweet and sour. There is not pork or shellfish in any dish because it is a kosher restaurant. I found the service to be very friendly and attentive. I found the prices to be a little high but when I saw the size of the portions it was worth it. I had more then enough to take home for a 2nd meal. The food was very fresh and tasty and I am...
Read moreMy family and I just finished a great dinner at Bambu in Boca. We love the kosher options here when we are in town. This is our first time at Bambu and we were surprised how delicious each of the 7 dishes we ordered were. We can be a picky family when it comes to food so to say that everyone greatly enjoyed not only their own dish but each others was truly unexpected. For me personally this was the first time I've had kosher pad thai that actually tasted like the non kosher version I remember 25 years ago when I last had it. Similarly the fried rice with chicken was just what I had been looking for all these years. I had never found truly authentic kosher version until now. Family enjoyed all of these dishes: Sesame Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Dimsum, Chicken LoMein, Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Fried Rice, Crunchy Noodle with chicken, Honey Garlic wings appetizer, and egg rolls. When we visit again we will definitely be back. Staff was very nice as...

Nestled comfortably in the heart of the Boca, Bambu serves up a delightful array of dishes that cater to both the cautious and the adventurous palate. The spicy beef curry stands out as a highlight; it's a harmonious blend of flavors that provides just the right amount of kick without overpowering the senses. On the other hand, the General Tso's chicken is a master class in texture—perfectly crispy, bathed generously in a rich, flavorful sauce that promises to enliven your taste buds. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Bambu offers a culinary experience that's both authentically Chinese and respectfully Kosher. Travelling with kids we opted for take out and it got to us piping hot...
