Bite Me Pizza — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Have eaten about 25 times. Great pizza, soft, & saucy. A little disappointed in tonight- ordered a large cheese w Onion & Basil. Paid extra for both toppings, of course. Got the pizza and saw it had the onion, but no basil (only basil seasoning). It threw off the flavor (basil herbs sometimes have a sweetness that doesn’t actually taste like true basil). As a pizza place, I feel like having fresh basil is a staple move. At least don’t charge extra for a few shakes of a $3 basil container (or advertise that it’s just a basil shaker). This seems like such a long review for basil lol, but honestly when you pay extra to add to the meal I feel like it should meet the expectations of what the extra charge said it was. My rolls are RAW and very Doughy in the middle, you can easily tell that they don't care enough about the quality of the food. We called the restaurant to let them know that our food didn't come out to standard, all we get over the Phone from the guy at the counter "uhhh okay..?" asked for his manager and the manager in the same tone "uhh okay..? We're sorry about that" I will never be ordering from any of the three locations again. My stomach is absolutely churning ever since i even attempted to eat one of the rolls. Knowing they used OLD DOUGH makes me scared to even eat the rest of my pizza. I paid 45$ for easily the WORST...

I come here almost everyday. The pizza is amazing and you can order by the slice all day long as well. Lately ive being getting joes favorite sandwich. Which a prosciutto lovers dream. But the real reason I come back is the flexibility they offer. No matter my mood or need, they have it. Sometimes I come for just a beer or two and read my book in the relaxing environment. Sometimes I come for a soda and a slice and lunch, sometimes I order a whole pie to bring home to the family. The food is great, but the people and environment keep me coming back.
