Kendall County Fair Association (Kendall County Fair Grounds) — Attraction in Boerne

The large dance hall was not what they told me in the contract, due to their management I had to pay extra, I was informed that the wall fans would work, WRONG!!! I was informed 2 days prior from my event that they were not able to fine my contract. I cleaned per the expectations and was told it was not properly cleaned. I had to pay extra for security when a few weeks prior I went to an even there a sweet fifteen and they were allowed to take alcohol. The lack of communication and professionalism is beyond my understanding. I read the whole contract they just manipulated to their benefit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place for rental at ALL. We paid 15 each for entry. For what we still cant figure out what it was. A lawnmower race was going on in one area. And then there were rides going on in another area, and they were horrible. Plenty of parking because nobody was there or if they were they left within the hour like we did. We searched for things to do and see and never found it. Admission 5$ would be much better. It was ok. Bad part is that there is only one side for the general public to see the rodeo. Such a big event with so many people they need to have viewing areas all around the rodeo. Seems greedy that they want to have the other areas for very few reserve guests instead just of just a few rows or section. Had to stand to see the rodeo....
